    As an overthinker and someone who experience anxiety these days, sleeping is the only time where my brain and mind tends to rest from thinking, from worrying, so as much as possible I get to sleep comfortably for at least 6-8hours to give my body and brain time to regenerate on the next coming days.

    Sleep quality is one of the most fundamental aspect that we should have in our life. I as a medtech student, is struggling in having erratic sleep schedules or inadequate sleep quality due to high intensity of workload, study load, and even my emotional challenges which affects my performance as a student. Sleep deprivation on the other hand, is a problem that we should recognized because it can lead to immunity imbalance and also risk of having conditions like heart disease, etc. That is why Sleep quality is important for me because it can help us to sustain our health, it can help our minds to be productive and active. In our life we also need to have a rest for this quotation says "Rest when you're weary. Refresh and renew yourself,your body, your mind, your spirit. Then get back to work.- Ralph Martson.

    As a student, kapag nakatulog ka ng maayos, it means you have accomplished something. Deserve mo yung tulog, yung pahinga. Its already an award for you when you sleep after all the hard work. It also serves as your charging time for the next battles to accomplish your goals.

    As a full time mom of 4 kids (10,6,3, and youngest is 2months old) sleep is very important to me so i can be at my best while taking care of my kids especially my baby that needs most of my time and attention. So when I get the chance to sleep while baby is also sleeping, I make sure that I can rest well and that kind of pillow will surely help me to get my "sleeping goal". thank you. more power to you Kimpoy.

    As a nursing student, sleep is my only escape to reality especially now that we have online classes. When i feel exhausted, sleeping makes me recharge my energy to do my tasks again. And also, sleep makes us healthy - physically , emotionally and mentally😳❤

    As a student po malaking sacrifice ang tulog dahil sa bigat ng mga projects, thesis and assignments, di po talaga maiiwasan ang pagpupuyat. Kapag may free time or break time I make sure na umiiglip po ako kahit 10-15 mins para mapahinga ang eyes at malabanan ang antok. Kaya po narealize ko na super important ang quality sleep, dahil mas nagprocess ang utak and mas nakakamotivate po lalo mag aral dahil narelax na. After po lahat ng gawain sa school, binabawi ko po sa masarap at mahabang tulog. Kaya sa mga students jan. If you get tired, Learn to Rest. PADAYON! :))

    Importante sakin ang masarap na tulog since I was diagnosed with Insomnia, I make sure that I feel comfortable before I sleep. There are months na impossible sakin makatulog. Kaya when I do, bawal magising in the middle pf the night or else I won’t be able to go back to sleep.

    As a working mom, sleep is very salient for me. Not just for my physical body but also for our mental health. When we have enough sleep, i think we also have that good mood and looking forward to work well not just in the household but also in work place.

    Working as frontliner during this pandemic, sleep is the most essential thing for me. Because without rest, I can’t function well. Having a good sleep, a relaxing one is a gift for us. It’s like heaven. Especially handling non-stop Covid positive admissions. Sleeps is the only way where we can make “bawi” all the hardwork we have accomplished everyday.

    As a student , especially a student of the new normal way of class , quality sleep is way more important. Hindi lang dahil sa pagod sa araw-araw na babad sa gadgets, kundi dahil din sa stress sa pag adjust sa gantong klaseng pag-aaral. Hindi ganun ka dali para sa akin/samin na mag switch up bigla sa mga gantong bagay kaya kahit papaano makapagpahinga man lang thru sleeping kahit na kulang na sa oras atleast i can sleep and rest comfortbly ❤️ Honestly , i have this quote for myself " I hug a pillow a day keeps my stressors away " , Mas masarap kase ang tulog kapag may kayakap na unan 😅😊

    Why is having a quality sleep important for you? It is important for me because as a medically inclined student I need to have a good rest in order for me to do my duties and responsibilities as a student. Also, I want to share these pillows to my parents who are now a senior citizen. I want to give them the comfort that they deserve and I know that with the quality that the URATEX have, together we can experience the comfort that we need in order to proceed to the daily struggles that we are facing.

    Having a quality sleep is important because if you slept well you will surely have a more productive following day. Also, sleep is important for our health. My father actually is having a hard time to sleep as he has lung complications, his energy depletes as he is not able to sleep well the past night. Hoping to win kimpoy more power !

    Just like eating, sleep is necessary for survival. Sleep gives your body a rest and allows it to prepare for the next day. It's like giving your body a mini-vacation. Sleep also gives your brain a chance to sort things out.
    Especially since we have a lot of siblings, we sleep in almost the same room. It's fun to be crowded but it's hard to rest and sleep without pillows and blankets. It's nice to share but it's different if you have your own things. Especially during this rainy season. I hope I am one of the lucky people you choose as an avid follower of yours.     Being a nurse, mahalaga po samen ang makatulog na maayos after our shift.. Lalo na if night duty, sometimes mahirap makatulog ng maayos sa day time.. And having a comfortable bed and pillows will do its magic na makatulog n maayos kahit daytime.. #buhaynurse #buhayfrontliner

    As a full time mom of two, kelangan gumising ng maaga (always) and hirap talaga ko matulog sa gabi, kadalasan Madaling araw.. Masarap siguro magkaroon ng pillow na comfortable.. (baka makatulong para makatulog ng medyo maaga, or even a Nap sa hapon) Looking forward to have that kind of senso pillow to make me feel comfortable & sleep to relax after whole tiring day (every mom knows) not now but soon..     Having a quality and enough sleep is very important for me especially now that I am having my first baby and Im on my 4th month of pregnancy. My body is still adjusting especially because I am also working. Laging sumasakit ang likod pagkatapos ng work kaya importante talaga sa akin ang magkaroon ng sapat at masarap na tulog.

    For me kuya Kimpoy as a student sleeping is very important because it's the only time to rest and recharge ourselves from academic stress. Kahit ilang oras lang na komportableng pagtulog ay napakahalaga napo niyan para sa akin, dahil minsan specially pag malapit na ang exams ay madaling araw nang nakakatulog 😅. Study is life but tulog is lifer 😅😂

    Yung pag tulog mo sa gabi katabi mo sila hangang sa pag gising mo sa Umaga kayakap mo sila.

    As a First time Mom sobrang importante ng tulog sakin lalo na it depends sa pahinga din ni baby... Specially for someone like me na may scoliosis struggle talaga ko sa pag tulog even before pa... So nun dumating c baby mas lalo ko nahirapan makakuha ng maayos na tulog... I'm actually advised to buy Uratex foam and pillow before kaso un Foam palang na firm ang afford di kaya sana manalo ng pillow sobrang laking tulong nyn sakin for sure.. Thanks in advance Kimpoy. .     As a pre-med student, sleep is very important for me even though a lot of schoolworks is ahead of me plus some responsibilities in the house sleeping helps me to regain energy and continue with the work I'm doing for example when I'm studying and I feel sleepy I rest immediately because if I continue reading and reading there will be no information to retain.     Sleep is like a vacation to me. Di ba po kapag stress tayo sa work or sa iba pang bagay, minsan gusto natin ng quick escape sa isang magandang place para makapagrecharge tayo. Ganun ang quality sleep para sa akin. And yan po yung gusto ko para sa mom ko, kahit hindi na po para sa akin. She is 80 y.o. and para sa akin deserve ng mga nanay natin to have a good/quality sleep sa lahat ng pagod at hirap nila para mabigyan tayo ng good life. So ayun po. Napanood po ni Mom ko vlog nyo, sabi nya ang bait nyo daw pong anak. Ayun lang po. Ingat po lagi.

    Bilang isang mommy na ngayon. Sa nakalipas na 8yrs. Hindi ko na ata naranasan makatulog ng straight ng 6-8hrs. Bukod sa kulang sa unan. Hindi ko afford bumili sa ngayon ng ganyang unan dhil mas inuuna ko ang financial needs ng pamilya ko. Kapag isa ako sa nabigyan ng Unan na ito.     Quality sleep is important for me since i was diagnosed with mixed anxiety & depression. Sleeptime is where our minds rest plus I'm on an LDR as of the moment with my fiance kuya kimpoy its not easy talaga. Umiiyak pa din sometimes sa gabi kaya kelangan ko ng pillows 🤣😂 para may bago akong maiyakan at mayakap divaaahh 😂 When we are sleeping we are not only letting our minds to have a rest but also our body & heart.     Like Kimpoy, I love helping people around me weather in school as an adviser or at home as a son or kuya. It feels rewarding seeing the smiles on their faces whenever I reach out to them, listen to their problems, and give what they asked for. It is really fulfilling yet tiring at times. Gaya ng iba, napapagod din ako. And during those times, I need to re-charge and de-stress myself. A good sleep is a great help.     As a frontliner, we had a hard time of sleeping because of different shifts everyday. We need to adjust our body clock to this shift and it is very difficult for us. But we never regret that we chose this because this is what we want and it is our responsibility as medical frontliner. Sleep is important for me because it is an escape for me for the stress and struggles i encountered in my job as fronliner. Love you kuya kimpoy! 🥰

    Hello kimpoy my sister is a stroke patient naapektuhan ang kanyang pagsasalita at kanang bahagi ng kanyang katawan and last May nmatay pa ung nag iisa nyang anak... Napakalungkot ang nangyari sa estado ng kalagayan ng health nya ngyon pero pagnapapanood nya mga vlog mo d2 sa you tube at yong paolita sa kumu ang saya nya lagi parang pinaka stress reliever nya na talaga ang panonood syo..     As a student and a Gen Z, sobrang hirap humanap ng tulog lalo na't may mga kailangang tapusing schoolworks, need mag-update sa social media and stuffs.     Gusto ko ito for my mom nalang kasi isa siyang teacher at alam ko kung gaano siya ka stress sa work niya lalo na ngayong pandemic non- stop kasi sila sa pag prepare ng modules ng mga students nila kahit gusto ko na mag pahinga din siya. Gusto ko lang na sa pagtulog niya eh comfortable siya at relaxing ang pag tulog niya.

    As a mother of 3, and a working student. Sleep is very important to me. Trabaho sa gabe, Aral sa umaga, and ofcourse taking good care of my kids and my husband. Aside from that, I also need to perform some house hold chores. So sobrang mahalaga po saakin ang tulog, maswerte nako kung makakatulog ako ng 5hours na deretcho. 😅

    Bilang isang Midwife frontliner, mahalaga ang sapat at komportableng pagtulog, lalo na sa panahon ngaun halos wala ng pahinga monday-sunday pumapasok para lng mameet ang target na mabakunahan ng covid-19 vaccine sa aming bayan.. Wala ng sapat na tulog at pahinga pero kinakaya at patuloy na lumalaban ❤❤❤

    I'm working in the BPO industry and sobrang kulang lagi sa tulog. So yung sa konting oras na pahinga na yun, it's important na quality sleep and mangyayari yun if you have good quality beddings and pillows. Hoping to experience the quality of uratex pillows 🥰🥰🥰

    Hi Kimpoy, for me who's working on shift schedule.. I do believe that it is the quality and not the quantity of sleep that is important. And for me to achieve a good sleep is to have a comfortable pillow and I have been aiming to have a memory foam but it is too expensive, 🤣. So hearing in you vlog that Uratex will share 10 pillows, my heart jumps.. hoping I can have some. Thank you and Gob bless you more!

    Mahalaga sakin ang quality ng sleep, being a pharmacist working in a tertiary hospital kulang na kulang kami sa tulog especially kapag night duty, kaya lahat ng time ko para makasleep ay binaValue and sinusulit ko talaga. ☺️

    As a call center agent, SLEEP is very important for me because that's the best way we can get rid of toxicity even just for a short period of time. Kailangan kong mag adjust ng time of sleep everyday, even in my day off. Sobrang hirap matulog sa araw at sirang sira na ang body clock. SLEEP is a big word for me and URATEX pillow will surely help and let me rest and make me comfortable anytime. 💛

    Mas naaasikaso ko din ng ayos ang bahay ang mga bata kapag maganda yung tulog ko😁

    Hello kimpoy! For me Sobra important ang tulog Katulad ko ina. Minsan sobra pagod ko sa pag aalaga at aasikaso sa bahay, pag tulog lang ako napapahinga. Sobrang idol kita 😍 lahat ng videos mo pinanunuod ko lagi. Kahit napanuod ko na uli Uulitin ko uli kapag wala kapa bago upload 😅 I hope isa ako sa palarin mabigyan ng prize. Godbless Kimpoy!!!

    quality sleep is important dahil di naman lahat tayo ai nakakatulog ng maayos..tulad ko minsan my anxiety..yung tipong 8 palang nkahiga ka na nagtry namatulog pero 4am kapa makakatulog..papagodin mo muna yung sarili mong mahpaikot ikot ikot sa higaan..kaya youre blessed if you experiencing a quality sleep..

    sleeping is essential po kuya kimpoy maybe we take ot for granted like puyat na lang ganern but for a student in online class setup and suffers from mild insomnia it is essential because parang ito po yung konting pahinga from emotional, mental and physical tiredness.

    Napakahalaga ng maayos na tulog o pahinga sa mga kagaya kong buntis sa panahon ngayon. Sa dami ng nangyayare sa bayan at paligid natin masyado na tayong naaapektuhan at nagigig dahilan na din ito ng stress. Masama ang stress para sa mga buntis dahil napakalaki ng epekto nito sa bata. Makakatulong talaga ang maayos na pahinga sa mga buntis.

    Para saakin isang mahalaga ang pagtulog dahil dito tayo nakakapahinga sa buong araw. Katulad ko isa ako sa mga inaasahan sa gawain bahay at isa din akong working student. Syempre kailanggan natin ang mahabang pahinga katulad na lamang ng pagtulog dahil hindi lang din katawan syempre mentally dahil sa sobrang stress natin sa pag araw araw na gawain di na natin alam kung ano ba ang mga susunod na gagawin. Pero isang parahan ay makapagpahinga tayo ang maayos.

    Bilang isang first time mom plus work from home mom, mahalaga para sa akin na huwag kalimutang alagaan ang aking sarili sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon ng masarap na tulog para mas maalagaan ko ang aking baby at asawa, para rin magampanan ko ang pagiging empleyado. A good sleep helps me multitask better.

    My favorite bedtime routine are:
    *skincare,
    *check and update social media
    *pray
    after that I put on classical music, put away my electronics and sleep.
    Good sleep is a key factor in mind and body wellness, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day. In the midst of the pandemic, you might have more time for sleep, but sleep quality might still take a hit, thanks to added anxiety and stress from loneliness, health worries, financial concerns, and other issues.

    Importante po ang tulog para sakin kasi ito na lang ung pahinga ko sa lahat ng pagod at stress ng buhay. Kapag masarap po ang tulog natin ay masarap din ang ating gising. At kapag maayos ang ating tulog ay isang magandang ngiti ang isasalubong natin sa panibangong araw na ating kahaharapin. ❤️🙏🏻

    Bilang isang nanay na maco-consider ko ang SLEEP as a privilege na. Sa dami ng gawain ko bilang isang housewife im looking forward sa pagtulog sa gabi kumbaga yun na ung time ko para sa sarili ko dahil nailalapat ko na ang likod ko sa higaan after gawin ang lahat ng gawaing bahay at pg aasikaso sa mga anak ko at asawa. Nakakapagod ang maging isang housewife pero fulfilling. Kaya kapag masarap ang tulog mas malakas ka the following day for another gawaing bahay.🥰🥰🥰

    personally having a good sleep is nagfill ng energy na nagamit in a day. Minsan sleeping helps na marelieve ang sadness. Diba nga yung pillow usually sumasalo ng mga luha ng taong hindi masabi ang lungkot, pagkamiss sa taong mahal.. ako heaven talaga ang sleep sakin..kaya ang isang off ko halos whole day ako natutulog para mabawi ang whole week na pagod sa work.

    malaking bagay ang maka tulog ka nang sapat na ioras lalo na. po ngayon na marami ang nangyayari sating bansa... ako struggle lagi ang tulog ko dahil sa early menopusal ko gisto ko sana magkaro om ng vomfortable na unan para sa magtulog ko sana po. mabigyan nyo. po ang hiling ko..     Hi Kimpooooy! I was diagnosed with Anxiety disorder last year. Been suffering sleep disturbance until now. Being a working mom and having weak mental health is really an everyday struggle :(( That's why, sleep is very important for me.

    As someone na laging nakaka experience ng sleep paralysis, I really do need po na magkaroon ng quality and good sleep para makasleep ako ng peaceful and iwas bangungot. Getting good and quality sleep can help and protect my mental health. And para din mas magkaroon ng inspiration para matulog ng maaga po 😁♥️

    Importante tlga ang makatulog k ng sapat,, para maganda din ang iyong gising upang harapin ang hamon ng buhay,, para sa pamilya na umaasa sa sa atin..
    Lalo na sa isang padre de pamilya na tulad ko at ama ng limang anak.. Kylangan ko mapanatili ang aking magandang kalusugan upang maibigay ang pangangailangan nila. Sapat na tulog ang importante sa akin upang may lakas ako harapin ang umagang kay ganda. At salubungin ang hamon ng buhay at malagpasan ito. Laban lang

    Importante ang tulog for me kadi need ko ng more energy to fight against COVID 19..lalo na sa hospital hindi ko alam na ang pasyente na kausap ko e carrier na pala.. So with complete and good sleep samahan mo pa ng maganda ang quality ng pillow for sure magkakaroon ng more energy everyday sa pagpasok ko sa work as a frontliner..
