Great interview! I could relate to Ken so much. Being an introvert, using CBT (This Naked Mind, Annie Grace), walking. I started walking for 45 minutes outside twice a day for 75 Hard, and now instead of drinking and thinking about drinking, I'm focused on getting as many steps in a day as possible, and feeling so much better!!! 15,000 steps a day seems to be my sweet spot. My mood and sleep are best when i reach that amount.
