It’s a cheap s101, the action isn’t that great but it works. Someday I want a nice Ibanez or something like that. Whenever I get a nicer guitar I plan to mod this one a bit.
I was also really happy whenever I figured it out 😂

I’m not an expert, but I would say just do what you enjoy. A lot of people say “don’t learn songs to start with learn timing, chords, music theory Etc Etc”. But I would just learn songs you like and other stuff you find fun. You want to have fun, don’t worry about being really good right away. As long as you’re having fun that’s what matters. After you’re ready you can learn all the boring stuff. But first just have fun with it :)

Learn intervals, how's scales are constructed from intervals, what a key is and chord theory.
These 4 pieces of information will take you very far.
After you have a basic knowledge of the above pieces, learn about the circle of 5ths, this will help you develop a deeper understanding of keys work and how they relate.

@@sandan8787 no problem brother, one final piece of advice.
Go fourth and find experienced musicians to play with. It will be intimidating at first, but have the courage to do it. Once you do it, you'll realize that more experienced people will not only NOT look down on you, but they will jump at the opportunity to help someone learn more.
If you do run into someone who tries to act superior because they know more or play better, they are an asshole and you don't want to hang out with them anyway.
