Govt of Punjab has recently assigned him the role of member, Punjab Health Policy Board.

Medicine asks for sacrifice alot more than you ever speculated... above all your precious life years and mental health.
Hypersaturated med profession has actually created all the mess. Pakistani mentality runs before a lucrative profession and ruins it by saturating it.
Alas I was a part of it for so long.
Please go and ask the doctors of each level. And start from fsc pre med to Consultants/Professors. You will come to a better conclusion.

Right sir it is not passion for many students .It has now become a trend .Many students are studying this because their parents said so.And parents want to make doctor because they think it will help to make lot of money.💔💔💔
Rightly said Sir, I'm a doctor too. Its a myth that doctors earn much. They earn when they grow old as in other fields. Otherwise, medical field in Pakistan is a complete mess. Best option is to opt for Information Technology related fields

Medicine is such an amazing field to engage yourself with. This is really lucrative no doubt, we should not see this in terms of money. Sometimes, a lot of money might bring emptiness in your life. Yes, if your goal is only money out of medicine then it's a bit trick to think and go for it. There is much more to this profession than money. Mostly, people seek it because of social acceptance that can also not be great if social acceptance is the outcome. Computational studies are great merge to medicine. Nothing have been putting the field of medicine aside. It is great field though if the excellence is sought after.
Dear doc, as u mentioned most of the girls r in medical colleges as compared to boys. Primary motivation behind them is a good match as a life partner. Most of them don't practice after marriage. Secondly, most of the lady doctors don't like to practice in govt hospitals due to poor infrastructure and medico legals.

Thanks for guiding. Dr Sahib Govt should develop some system for youth to balance between all professions according to demand and supply so that after getting qualified they must have opportunity to serve.
Students have to face social pressure but at least parents should stand by their side ... let them know that in case they are not selected they must move on to next option rather than wasting their time n feeling frustrated.... but for this they need their parents support.
Assalamoalikum sir ; sir l cleared mdcat but can't get admission in government uni but then l started ACCA now one year later l cleared 6 exam out of 17 ; really enjoying business study .I think the best decision of my life
Go for articles and then move abroad . Here you would be neglected by monopolistic organizations: ICAP and ICMA.

I have attemp my mdcat test in 2022 november but unfortunately I didnt pass my test,, that time I was very very sad because my biggest dream since childhood that I will be a Doctor ,,,
Then I have decided I dont repeat my mdcat test in next year because my time was waste ,, myprecious time i,,
But Now Alhamdulilah I take admiision in VU university in BBIT ,, thatfield is very mice and very giveable degree in Future❤

I am in 4th year MBBS QAMC..And I agree with you ..If you are not passionate than don't join just fr money.. but this change of thought process will take another 20 30 years
i got 89 percentile in FSC 1st year waiting for 2nd year results but when i was preparing for mdcat it was like a whole new world to me i want to say fsc and mdcat both are so much different from each other in fsc it's ratta and a lot of writing feeding stuff with 20 percent concepts and 80 percent ratta while mdcat is 80 percent concepts and 20 percent ratta i guess that's what makes a toper to fail mdcat though i passed MDCAT but with low marks disappointed but is it supposed to be this much hard ?? cause that's what we have been taught that mdcat is one of a tough competitive exam or it can be a easy one
I personally think, FSc board exams should be converted to conceptual and scientific reasoning based exams. Students got 1100 /1100 marks last year... How is it even possible on this earth??? There should be concept behind each and every question and mcqs, there should be no question asked directly from the text book. Everything should be out of domain of rattoo totaas.... Merit will automatically go down IA.. Secondly MCAT exam is tough as you said. And yes it should be harder for good screening because mbbs studies will be way more hard than this mcat . Mcat to choosa hy mbbs ky agy ... So, only competent kids should be selected..
@@zunairhmalik4745 yeah you are absolutely right students getting full marks in fsc as rattoos that's why failing mdcat and i know mdcat is nothing as compared to MBBS ... MBBS is way beyond.. and another harsh reality i wanted to point out is when i was giving mdcat student's were so nonserious chillin and were like we prepared hard for a month and here's me who was preparing for more than 5 months still thinking it wasn't enough i should've put more effort i somehow able to get there ig and numbers and when i contact em afterward they were clearly like after paper we gonna repeat next year and after all the blunders got known by students same students are now like we want grace marks we worked hard like TH ....

DUHS is not updating the key still and everyone knows almost 10 keys are incorrect but due to low response of students and no one is approaching DUHS to complain about keys and question so nothing will be changed.
Result will be announced within 2-3 days & remmember there will be no change except some grace marks with no benefit.
So, students stay chill enjoy with these incorrect keys and out of syllabus questions.
*We did what we can do! If 100 students from all of you reach DUHS, do protest and meet with admission dept. so something better can be expected in your favour*.

Actually I wanted to become a neurosurgeon plus one of the best researcher but unfortunately I can't get admission in government medical colleges through test I face failure so my dream is completely shattered like crystal mirror glass I was think my life is completely end over but than I think there is a lot of alternative fields which is far better than this track now I decided to get admission in civil aviation sector because my passion is to travel all around the world and see different diverse cultures so this field can provide me these types of opportunities not other field

well as i commented here someone suggests me to do DPT and when i searched for it i got amazing results so i suggest you to think about it as a backup plan but may Allah help you to crack NEET as it's one of the toughest competetive exam that exists but if any other human can do then why don't you so keep working hard as i know there are months left but keep working hard don't loose motivation never think you can waist a day be consistent and most importantly Pray to ALLAH beleive on yourself and ALLAH may he help you

Up to the MSc , Students Study Prerequisites only to get Ready for the Medical Admission Exam . A Friend of Mine SON has Recently Passed MCAT Exam .
This Fall Semester is His First of 6 years Journey to get Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree . For Specialization , He will need probably 3 to 4 years more....
It Adds up to almost 26 years .
Many MBBS from Pakistan have Failed their MCAT Exam and ended up to work in a Factory , driving a Taxi and having a Burger or Pizza Shop to Survive .
Because Of America's higher standard of Education , MBBS is not allowed to work as Pharmacist in United States . 🤝

مشعلِ راہ, شمّعِ شعور یا پھر ناسورِ زندگانی.. نہیں جانتی وہ کیا تھا مگر تھا تو اِک پُرنور وہ جہاں
خوابوں کی حدیں نہیں ہوا کرتی شاید یہی وہم ہی اس سفر کی ابتدا تھا اور ابتدا ہوئی صحرا کی ریتوں میں, اُن تپتے لمحوں میں جب کُل کائنات پُرسکون وسعتوں میں تھی, غُنچے لاعلم تھے اور ابتدا ہی کیا انوکھی تھی اِک بے رُخ جہاں تھا جس سِمت میں رواں ہوتا اور چلتا ہی جاتا
اِک خواب اس انجمن میں بویا گیا نہ جانے کب آبیاری ہوئی اور زمیں چیر کر اُبھر آیا وہ خواب تھا یا آہنی قلعہ اُبھرنے میں یوں گھٹن ہوی تھی کہ فلک اور زمیں پُرسوز نگاہوں سے اُس اُگتے خواب اور انجمن کی اندھیری گھٹا میں کھو سے گئے .نظریہ انجمن کچھ اور تھا اور بویا کچھ اور گیا تھا مگر اس کی نکھری جھلک کچھ اور ہی ہوتی اگر انجمن اور باغبانِ چمن یوں ناسور نہ بنتے.....
خیر یہ قصے شب و روز کے ہیں مگر یہ کچھ روز پہلے جو زبوں حال سوچ کا معیار رونما ہوا یا پھر ہم اخلاقیات کی حدوں سے پار جا کر اسے تماشہ تعلیم بھی کہیں تو غلط نہیں ہوگا جو وقت کی موجوں پر سیاہ حرفوں میں لکھا جائے گا حالانکہ یہ خطّہ ناسور نظاموں کا گڑھ تو بنا دیا گیا ہے مگر ان خوابوں, ان گلِ نو کی تازہ کھلتی کلیوں کا ذرا پاس رکھا جاتا.... لیکن لمحے سنا ہے ٹہرا نہیں کرتے اس انجمن میں طوفانوں کا شکریہ جنہوں نے اک نئی سمت دے دی جو شاید اس نسلِ نو کے لئے ضروری تھی مگر اک ننہی سی التجا رہے گی کہ *ان اگر مگر کی کہانیوں میں وہ پہر پس گئے جو بے چینیوں میں گذارے تھے* وہ کڑوا پانی سوکھ گیا جو اُن کڑوی گفتگوئوں سے کم و بیش ملا کرتا تھا. منزل سے بے خبر تھے مگر راہیں اور خواب بہت کٹھن تھے بعض اوقات وقت کے دریا میں یوں طوفاں برپا ہوتا کہ سب بکھر کہ ریزہ ریزہ ہوجاتا مگر نہ ہی اس قلبِ مجنوں نے طوفانِ چمن کو آبگینہ نظر کیا نا ہی قحط اور زبوں حالی.... اُن پنّوں اور اور بکھری کتابوں میں کھو کر جینے کا عزم کیا تھا
یاد ہیں وہ پل جب رات کے آخری پہر میں بھی یہ آنکھیں پُر نور ہوا کرتی تھیں نیند کی جھلک کے لئے ترستی تھیں وہ لمحے جب وقت اور ہوائیں مخالف تھیں مگر خواب اور راہیں یک جا,,,,,, منزل کوسوں دور تھی پھر بھی خواب کی مضبوطی کی انتہا تھی دل کے کسی کونے میں یہ سہما ہوا ڈر بھی تھا کہ یہاں رسموں کی پیروی ہوتی ہے ازل سے بنے اس ناسور کی رواں گیری چلتی ہے. ممکن تھا کہ یوں مسلے جائیں گے کہ آہیں باغبانِ چمن کو بھی سماعت کے لئے نصیب نہ ہونگی *مگر* پھر بھی یہ یا تو اُس کرب کی انتہا تھی یا پھر عشقِ نو کی ابتدا تھی......
دن گزرتے گئے, لمحے ٹہرتے گئے ,وقت سے اپنائیت ہوتی گئی, طوفان ذرا تھم گیا اور منزلوں سے دوری کم لگنے لگی, خواب حقیقت دکھنے لگے, فضا پرنور ہونے لگی............
.پھر یوں ہوا ......... کہ قوّت قارونی حاوی ہوئی, تختِ خودی اُلٹ گیا, ہوائوں کی سمت بدل گئی, وہ سنہرے اندازِ خود نوائی بکھر گئے وہی طوفاں برپا ہوا جس کا خوف کہیں نہ کہیں چھپا ہوا تھا, وہی رسمِ بغاوت زندہ ہوئی اسی طرزِ منافقت کا عَلَم بلند ہوا اور خواب بڑی سنگ دلی سے مسلے گئے وہی خواب جن کی بڑی مشکل سے آبیاری ہوئی تھی .......
مگر.. مگر.... اس سفر نے شاید منزل نہیں دی پر وہ دے دیا جس کا وہم و گمان نہیں تھا, اب اُبھریں گے نئے سورج نئی اُمنگیں لئے, اب ہوگا نیا علم اور نئے جنوں کے سنگ نیا قافلہ جس کی ابتدا ان انا پسند رواجوں کی انتہا ہوگی.. ✨♥️

سر اللہ آپکو لمبی زندگی دے آپ بہت اچھی باتیں بتاتے ہیں ۔ سر MDcat میں نمبر کم بھی ہوں تو میرے خیال میں سب سٹوڈینٹس کو داخلہ ملنا چاہیے ۔ سر بہت سے غریب والدین کے بچے ہیں جو Mdcat کی ایڈمیشن فیس جمع کروانی بہت مشکل ہے ۔کوٸی ادھار لیتا ے تو کوٸی ماں اپنے بچے کے لیے اپنا زیور سیل کر کے بچے پیپر دلواتے ہیں ۔ یہ بہت افسوس ناک بات ہے ۔ براے مہربانی یا تو Md cat .ختم کردیا جاے یا پھر سب بچوں کو mbbs میں داخلہ ملنا چاہیے ۔ جزاك اللهُ

BS psychology is best for today's females.. best ever option after mbbs. Rest you mentioned have no scope. Do an MS psychology, then ADCP and open your own clinic... You wont be dependent on some one to hire you .

Most of the pupils are confused after taking 2nd attempt in MDCAT. Some of them are so ambiguous about others profession in medical science they think that as they have passed FSC pre medical so they have to become doctor by hook n crook. I would say first of all go for aptitude test. Where psychologist will find which profession will be good for you in future.
