i love apt 12! the kitchen looks like there's decent storage & the appliances are a bonus. the bathroom is also super cute + no carpet in the bedroom!!
The last two are the best. The apartments in NJ never look this good for the outrageous prices they charge. Washer/dryer in the unit? Full appliances in the kitchen? Walk in clodets? Big bathrooms? These apartments are all absolutely stunning.
Who you telling? places like this in NJ would literally be charging mortgage prices of 2,000 and UPWARD a month, not even guaranteeing amenities. Love the proximity to NYC and other activities it can offer but the costs can be outrageous.
The apartment with the “office space” in the bathroom could have been used as a cute vanity station. You’d just have to raise the wood to fit a chair in there.
That’s exactly what I was thinking! It’d be a show cute “getting ready” room, like just chill in there do your makeup by the window, lay out a few outfits in like a “capsule closet” type layout, use the desk for updating planner or even as a vanity 🥰😩 ugh. So dreamy so many options! That was my favorite though lol if you can’t tell lol
Apartment 12. I am crossing fingers that you picked it. Perfect kitchen, office space, lovely bathroom with a tub. It looks so beautiful. Congratulations again ❤️
Every Philly video be like "Aparment 1, Apartment 2" Dude no one is suing you or cares what you say. You want to actually be helpful list the apartment names
There are a lot of roomy apartments and homes in Philly. The problem with Philly is so much crime and trash.I lived in Philly for 55years and moved to a suburb outside of Philly. There is so much crime and trash in most neighborhoods. I would not recommend anyone to move to Philly. The city and the suburbs are different as night and day. I don’t know what the prices are for these apts, but you better pray that you make it back to your nice apartment every time you step out.
"we co-own this body" 😂😂😂 Office space in the bathroom??? Like what is that FOR?! There's not even a mirror if it's for makeup. 11 & 12 both look so good. I love the bronze accents on the kitchen/bathroom in #11.
What part of town were you looking? I'd be so interested to know which neighborhoods you checked out since it makes every literal difference in philly.
These vids need to talk about walls, floors and ceilings. Not aesthetics, but SOUNDS! Would 100% get ugly colors if it means the building is high quality and don't have to hear what your neighbors are doing 24/7
I’m hoping and I’m thinking you picked the second to last, the one with the den, floor to ceiling windows but with footings, the penny tiled bathroom floors, gas range, sick fridge....girl that place was beautiful. What part of Philly, Center City? I used to live in North, unfortunately. Now I’m in the burbs by King of Prussia mall.
omg thank you very much for showing us all of these! I'm currently looking to move to a new apartment and I wanted to ask (if you dont mind answering ofc) what was the budget for these houses? just a range would be enough just to get an idea of what i need to be prepared for!
Wow now I feel even more lucky - I looked at one apartment and took it! But my requirements were also less; affordable, not the area I previously lived in, balcony and I found one that fits my needs for now
Omg I can't believe how pretty these apartments are ! I'm moving soon and it was an absolute nightmare finding a decent one. The price are way too high (the housing crisis is worse than ever) and they are all in an awful state! I have to spend half my monthly pay checks on rent alone. If I can ask, how do you manage with your budget and all?
@@abetweene That's a good advice I really liked your videos when you improve your current apartment, I hope we'll get to see this in your new one ! Good luck xxx
So dope that you’re moving back to Philly!!! Where were these dope ass apartments at? I was in LOVE 😍! You had to make the hardest choice of choosing JUST 1!! Lol
I absolutely love apartment 12🤩 I don’t know why but it seems like the one you’re most excited about. I just finished apartment hunting in Richmond, and I have to say it is HARD. I’ve definitely learned to trust my gut. I also have a roommate though, and sometimes our intuition said two different things haha. My roommate and I also loooooove exposed brick, but we ended up getting an apartment without any because all the exposed brick apartments in Richmond were either outside of our budget or were in old buildings with little fire safely (like narrow passageways, minimal ventilation, or no fire escape). So if you can find an exposed brick wall within your parameters you should definitely try to grab it before someone else does! Congrats on finding some great options, and I hope you get the one you want!
are you at all comfortable sharing where some of these units are? im looking to move to philly and some of these tours really freaking helped me w my search!! i can shoot you an email if you'd like :)
Idk why but the white painted brick wall in apartment 3 was scary to me 😹. If there’s exposed brick I need it to not be painted ver like that 😅 Edit: Omg i just actually read the title. Welcome to Philly 😸
Yasss it's the second to last for me! That kitchen is everything! Cant wait to see which one you went with.....Maaaann I've been searching the wrong places here in Philly lol..
"After walking four flights of steps for the 7 millionth time" ahaha this is about to me since I'll be moving into a 4th floor walk-up. NY will miss you but congrats all the apartments from no4 looked awsome
Thank you! This was actually very helpful for me. I'm relocating to Philly and I'm not sure what the common shape/style of apartments are like. I like #13. Quick question: Did you use a realtor or schedule the showings yourself?
I totally agree about window orientation. I actually loved my old apartment that was facing East (the morning light was amazing and it never got too hot during the day). I recently got a North facing apartment and have hated how dark it is almost allll day. Totally a downer on my mood. Never again will I pick a North facing apartment !
11 and 12 both were my favorite and I hope your apartment hunt is going smoothly! I feel you on the carpet though like why not just make it all hardwood?!
hmmmm. they're all very interesting and similar at the same time. I think it comes down to if you're sharing the space with boo or not. I vote 12 regardless. lol.
So incredible seeing all these options.. I'm so used to following ppl living in stupid expensive cities (or me myself on my budget) like if there's no bugs and it doesn't smell weird.. that's what's happening lmao
Would you be able to tell us about how much rent is there? Those are beautiful and I live in northern CA in a tiny and old apartment for a lot of money.
6, 7, 8, 11, and 12. And I'm really leaning towards 11 and 12. Imma Gemini, (Happy birthday btw!) Also I'm moving this year also so u doing this is getting me ready to see what I expect, I need what u need but also a parking space. I'm from Cali, and baybeee! U spending for allat! But I'm wishing u luck! But 11 and 12 got my heart! Bathtub, Closet u can design, that kitchen, I'm readyyyy! U got it this! ✨✨✨💯♊💕
Congrats. Just want to say thank you! You're foot care videos have been very helpful for my wife and me. Plus, it's another great way for her and me to spend quality time together
i love apt 12! the kitchen looks like there's decent storage & the appliances are a bonus. the bathroom is also super cute + no carpet in the bedroom!!
These choices are so dope. can’t wait to see how you put your twist on it! Congrats again!!
thanks hun’
I'm thinking 11 or 12. Mainly 12 for the den and fridge.
I’m torn between 11 and 12… the bathrooms are gorgeous!!! Girl… this is a tough one… 😫🤣🤣
The apartments definitely got better as you went along. I'm guessing you picked apt 11!
The last two are the best. The apartments in NJ never look this good for the outrageous prices they charge. Washer/dryer in the unit? Full appliances in the kitchen? Walk in clodets? Big bathrooms? These apartments are all absolutely stunning.

2nd to last. I can totally see u in the future buying a house & having a garden
thats the plan! need to flex this green thumb 👍🏽 💚

@@blkrse94 Exactly! Add some cute minimalist design wallpaper and mirror and it’d be set to go
OMG "I'm a gemini and we co-own this body" I'm screaming. I felt that in my soul!! 😂 ♊
facts! 😂
1, 11 or 12 are the best imo... something about that stair into the bathroom of 1 is catching my eye 😂
These places look so great! I think (hope) you went with 11 or 12/13. I am also biased towards gas stoves and bath tubs.
Apts 11,12 & 13 hit all those check points girl!! I reallllly liked 11 tho. 13 is a close second. ❤️
Currently living in Philly and these options are honestly great!
Omg I live in Philly too. I love all the vegan restaurants around here.
West PHL over here!
apt 12 is actually so perfect wow 😭
Girlll I need links to these places lol 😂 Finding the perfect apartment is so hard in Philly😩
im a university student from a whole other continent but this video makes me wanna go apartment hunting there as well lmao
Apartment 12. I am crossing fingers that you picked it. Perfect kitchen, office space, lovely bathroom with a tub. It looks so beautiful. Congratulations again ❤️
thanks!
I'm really liking the first option and number twelve!
Why did I like all of them?! LMfao but they snapped with #11 and the gold fixtures!!
Rannnnn heeerrrrreeee!!! We miss you!! But are so happy for you!!!
😩 definitely didnt mean to be gone so long 🤦🏽♀️ thank u for being patient with me 💕

its a vanity. personally i doubt id get ready there though, lol

Hi by any chance could you share or link the apartments from 8-13 please!
I am DROOLING over 12. What was your price range?
Can you share some sites or apps you used to find legit apartment listings in pa?
wish there were prices for reference :/
These vids need to talk about walls, floors and ceilings. Not aesthetics, but SOUNDS! Would 100% get ugly colors if it means the building is high quality and don't have to hear what your neighbors are doing 24/7
Actually will be talking about that in the next vid!
OMG definetly apt 11! TBH i feel your pain lol, currently also moving to Philly and impossible to find something i just LOVE!
Should’ve added the apartment name and prices.
11 and 12 are very pleasing to me and my homegirls. I feel like these might be good contenders
“One for each of my personalities because I’m a Gemini”😂😂
I'm stuck on four, eleven and twelve!! Those were the best in my personal opinion, goodluck with the moving and settling!
ty!
Are you and your fiance moving in together now that you guys are engaged? Or are you just looking for a bigger space for yourself?
tbd
These apartment are gorgeous. Can you drop a few of the apartment names?

12 and 13 are absolutely gorgeous !! The windows, the black hardware, the flooring, and the BATHROOMS
Number 11 or 12!
omg thank you very much for showing us all of these! I'm currently looking to move to a new apartment and I wanted to ask (if you dont mind answering ofc) what was the budget for these houses? just a range would be enough just to get an idea of what i need to be prepared for!
What complex is apartment 12? Moving in July would love to check that one out
#12 is beautiful, with an unlimited budget I’d go with that for sure, but since we don’t know the price I think it’s hard to say.
Can I ask what was you price range when you were looking? An how much was Apt 11??
I think you picked #12! Also the random names you called the pandemic is hilarious 🤣
Wow now I feel even more lucky - I looked at one apartment and took it! But my requirements were also less; affordable, not the area I previously lived in, balcony and I found one that fits my needs for now

i use the 30-30-30-10 rule and once i set a budget, i stick to it.

Clearly between 11 & 12. I think the kitchen in 12 wow you over. Final answer! Prize for the winners????
Could you please provide the names of the buildings of 11 and 12 thank you!!
#12 was easily my favorite, I am considering moving to Philly as I have friends that live there.
No prices or neighborhoods?

😂 Lol, whys its scary. Oh, Ive always been here 😉

But I loved 12! 🥰
😂 very random

Thank you! This was actually very helpful for me. I'm relocating to Philly and I'm not sure what the common shape/style of apartments are like. I like #13. Quick question: Did you use a realtor or schedule the showings yourself?
glad it helped! The style can vary drastically by location so your options will depend on the area & neighborhood. I scheduled the showings myself.
Philly?! So cool I’m across the bridge in Jersey!
LOL I work in the building for apts 12/13
I totally agree about window orientation. I actually loved my old apartment that was facing East (the morning light was amazing and it never got too hot during the day). 11 and 12 both were my favorite and I hope your apartment hunt is going smoothly! I feel you on the carpet though like why not just make it all hardwood?!
right?! hardwood throughout is top tier
hmmmm. they're all very interesting and similar at the same time. I think it comes down to if you're sharing the space with boo or not. I vote 12 regardless. lol.
Hey babes, can you tell me where the other apartments were that you didn’t choose?
May I ask, what are the names of apartments 11 and 12? I'm currently apartment hunting myself.

I dont knowww but you seemed to light up talking about apartment 11🤔🤔🤔 either 11 or 12 is my guess!!! Both beautiful!
I’ll say you did NOT pick the carpeted bedroom apartments lol
lol 😆
I wish you would have put the rent for each unit in this video.
Gotta love PPhilly! Kidding, thanks for another great video

prices?
Those Apartment they are all beautiful … But apartment 11 and 12 are the best … So I’ll go with those two…Thank you for sharing.
Right realllll suspicious 😂 congratulations 🎉 I’m thinking 11 or 12
I really enjoyed his video! I live in a studio and I love it, but I am excited about upgrading!🥰
same! great experience but theres definitely something to be said for having real division between your sleeping and living space
I’m thinking 12. It seemed you liked it the most.
How do you figure out where the gems on Philly are for good pricing ? I live here but never rented before
I would say apt 11/12. Your voice changed while describing it.
wow 11
I liked all of them, But , number 12 twelve was eye candy, my favorite.
Not sure if you picked 11 or 12 ? Maybe 12 for the better lay out ? 12 has the big counter space
I'm thinking number 12 overall but maybe 11 just for that bathroom?
