Also I feel like this apartment compliments your whole aesthetic where you like multi-purpose decor, items, etc. it’s giving me South Korean apartment vibes and I love it.

You really did a great job closing out the old apartment. Your respect for the property was shown with the time that you spent cleaning, sealing the nail holes and removing all of your DIY projects. I to do the same. My previous manager was so impressed with my clean up process, they wrote me a check for my full deposit onsite after the final walk through inspection of their property. Not that you asked, but the new apartment is absolutely beautiful. They really paid attention to detail as the finishes are lovely. The kitchen and bathroom are my fave.

Crazy how the little things make a huge difference. I think that's what I'm missing in my life. I have a house, so I guess I could just get the drill out to hang whatever, but I love that ceiling to the floor tier shelf. I didn't even know those were a thing 😳 and they look good and easy peasy to install. Thanks for sharing. Best of luck with the new space.

Respect for cleaning the apartment before you left. I have seen one too many people leave stains, grease, dirt, filth, trash, and who knows what else in the apartment when they move out. I can only wonder how those people sleep at night, because my mother did not raise me like that

You can also get white putty for the holes which will make it a little more subtle! I actually fixed a big hole in my partner’s hollow core bathroom door with that stuff and after sanding it down you could barely tell! We got his full deposit back!

yup. it changes to white as it dries so when theres no pink left, u know its safe to sand!
yea, thats what i used 👍🏽. i like the color changing kind so i dont have to guess when its dry.
