Coconut Oil
1/2 Small Onion Slices
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Medium Onion Finely Diced
1 Habanero Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
1 28oz Can Tomato Sauce
1cup Water To Rinse Out Can
1tbsp Shrimp Powder or Seasoning of choice to raste
1/2tsp Curry Powder
3cups Rice

The more you stir rice, the more you get the gluten out of it and rice becomes mushy. It is best not to stir it too much, boil the rice until liquid has been absorbed and cover it using a cloth and a tight lid over low heat for 35 minutes and your rice will come very fluffy. 1 cup of rice per 2 cups of liquid.
Exactly, once the water is boiling, turn the heat down very low. The steam will cook the rice. Constant stirring will let the steam out. Near the end check & if the grains on top is not properly cooked, then put about 50 mls. Of water, cover & let the steam do its work.
