Shockingly, I believe it does, though it's still a wildly inefficient cover for an actual NES. In fact, the actual file uses two NES's for mixing purposes - one with just the pulse waves, the other with the rest. This is because Furnace, the tracker I use, can't mix APU1 and APU2 separately like Famitracker can (at least, not that I'm aware of).
