My Brazilian blowouts cost 150.00 at my salon.. and I go to sallys and get the Ion Brazilian blowout line..no sulfates or added sodium chloride. Works just the same and it's a quarter the price. Love my blowouts!!!!
Thanks for covering all the details, such as the three-day waiting period for washing or putting up one's hair after Keratin treatment. Great advice on getting it done on a Thursday so that the waiting period isn't a hardship.
Dana. Thank you, thank you for talking about how uncomfortable it was. This warned me off the treatment and the hype. Honesty is what I appreciate so much. I would be so disappointed. Like you, I want and need result. Some of us are dealing with tough, coarse hair and cannot mess around with solutions that overpromise and under deliver.
The reason this happened is because he didn’t apply it correctly. Brazilian shouldn’t have a smell or much steam. It’s not like keratin it is not meant to straighten hair it’s to smooth it. You will still have your curls. It doesn’t change the integrity of your hair or hair structure like keratin.
I had the keratin treatment about a month ago. My hair is thin blonde most lot straight. I like how it makes dry tome faster, looks silky IF you buy the recommended follow up care shampoo, conditioner and stray. My highlights show better with this treatment. The thing I learned was do not put that conditioner on your scalp or that spray. It weighs down your hair soooo much that it feels greasy and heavy. It doesn’t look like it but it definitely felt like it. Now that I know that trick so far I’m loving this.
Thanks. I've gotten full keratin treatment and only wash my hair twice a week but it doesn't last 2 months. Expensive for that short amount of time. Was considering the Brazilian treatment but am not so sure any more.
I've had a Brazilian blow dry in the UK and it made my curly hair really straight and it looked in fab condition. It lasted well over six months. I did buy sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, but I didn't have to buy anything from the salon. I did have to leave it for three days without washing or putting in a ponytail but this wasn't really a big deal. This was a good few years ago but I intend to have another one soon. In the U.K. you can have a Brazilian blow wave for £40-60, so it isn't really that expensive. Don't know why you've had lots of steam when having a Brazilian blow wave! That sounds really strange to me. I've never had a keratin treatment but I'm looking at olaplex and wonder what the difference is since between that and a keratin treatment, in terms of the finish and if it makes your hair straight like a Brazilian blowed dry does.
+Najma Hopwood i know they smooth out the curls not so mch completely straighten hair Bc they're not straightening treatments. For me personally my curls turn to waves which I like Bc it makes for a cute & quick heatless style.
Najma Hopwood I've gotten multiple keratin txs done and my stylists recently added olaplex to my routine and my hair is even stronger. You should look into olaplex
Najma Hopwood which salon did you go to???? also how curly is your hair?! I'm mixed race so my hair is pretty curly so it looks a lot shorter than it is :/ and is it alright to have even on damaged curly hair?
In my experience if the Brazilian blowout does not contain formaldehyde it does not change the structure of the hair shaft sufficiently. Salons continue to sell Brazilian blowouts but the newer non-fermaldehyde version. They don't disclose this unless you ask.
Sounds like the BBO was not done correctly, so sorry that happened to you! Mine didn't smell bad or make me uncomfortable. It made my hair smooth and easy to care for during an entire summer. The Keratin treatment was not as effective and dried my hair out. Both treatments were supervised or applied by certified stylists. I prefer the BBO for my 50+ medium length resistant grey, colored and highlighted hair. I've also been lucky getting BBO mask on Amazon at half price. It was the real deal.
I'm in NY. I think prices will definitely vary. If you know your area you'll know what is an acceptable price and what is wayyy tooo good to be true of a low price. That's mainly what I was trying to say. xo!❤ & I recently learned you can just use sulfate free products w Brazilian blowouts as well. So at least there's that! Lol
Hey Dana, have you perhaps tried the new "Brizilian Keratin" my salon now offers it - it claims to have no fumes, save to do on pregnant women and children?
Where do you get your keratin treatments done in NY? I'm in NY as well and searching for trusted salons and stylists before jumping into it.. Thank you so much for this video! You are gorgeous!
Thank you so much! Keratin it is for me. I appreciate the honesty. You look gorgeous and you voiced the information very articulately. Best of success in the future, Dana!
Great information for the public but I thoroughly disagree with the part on pricing... I have been doing hair for 29 years and Brazilian Blowout for 7 years... I price mine lower so I can do more... I do 3 to 5 a day and all my clients love them and it makes my clientele stronger by not charging a lot...
i am a hairstylist and i offer brazilian blowout and it does not burn the way you explain maybe is a different product he or she used because the one i use do not smell like chocolate
i know im kinda late but... i think the treatment that was used by the stylist is not formaldehyde free :( it has been 5 hours since it was applied to my hair. can i wash it off or use sulfate shampoos before the treatment works? (since it will take 2-3 days before the treatment will work ) i dont want to lose my hair since some experienced hair loss and breakage. any advice or tips would be appreciated. thank you
I wish I say this video before I got my Brazilian Blowout! I got mine a week ago. Same thing happened to me like yours . Except they told me to wait 3 days to wash or get wet and not to put in any hair pins or ties. I did this and then washed it after 3 days and it was curly and frizzy almost like I didn’t do anything to it. It did seem like the top layer of my hair was a little bit less frizzy and that was it. I’m paid almost $300 for everything including aftercare. That is still expensive for no real change. I often wonder if there is anything I can do. I’m afraid to ask the salon because I don’t know how that works. Can we get them to fix it , discount or give us our money back? Can we ask that they make it right by redoing it or doing a Keriton treatment in the house? I don’t know but it don’t seem right paying that much money and not being able to do anything about it or if. Should just take the loss and move on. What should I do? What can I do? I’m disappointed and frustrated! I even bought all the Brazilian blowout after care. It seems like I’m washing my hair with junk not $50 shampoo! I did my research too! I had one before and it looked great. So. Don’t know what happened! Oh and I should say that it didn’t stink at all! No steam or anything like that! My first one I had before did have strong smell and a lot of steam!
I did the brazilian blowout to my hair in a professional salon one month ago, and I fell the same way that you!!! My hair is the same frizzy I was very exited but now I fell very disappointed 😔 I was thinking to go a different salon because I thought it was the salon but now that I watched your video I don’t going to try again. I will try the keratin treatment. Thanks 🙏
Great video, I was not told about the Brazilian blow out aftercare. I was told by a hairdresser that to maintain my keratin, I have to use products that contains keratin. Does that work ? I bought a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I bought some keratin phials by Salerm and also their keratin shot hair mask that is supposed to help maintain the keratin treatment. Have you ever heard of these products ?
Thank You. I tried to find the Keratin Complez but I found a couple of products with that name. Can you let me know wish specific one you used please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Omg.. the same thing happened to me today! I wish I would’ve seen this video before I got the Brazilian blowout and spent $230.0. My hair was a bit smoother and that was it now I have to go and pay more money to get a keratin treatment since I’m going to a wedding in week so pissed. 😢
Too late😭 why I just seen it now!? not before I got my hair done😭 so the salon trick me!? I told them to do the brazilian blowout but as I watched your video I just realized that it is only a keratin treatment 😭 coz after a week my hair becomes dry again I paid much for this😭 that's why I am confused for the outcome Im not happy and satisfied with it😭 and also now I confirmed that they only trick me with this nonsense😭😭😭 I also gave them a tip then this is what they do!?😭
I really want the keratin treatment cause I have curly hair and live in a coastal area with tons of humidity, but I have to put my hair up for my job and you said you can't do that for the first three days?
No you cannot. But you can go to the salon and see if they think an express keratin would work for you. The express only has to stay in hair for I believe 8 hours. Then you can wash and style hair as usual 💃🏻
I've gotten Brazilian blowouts, keratin txs, and Japanese straightners. All have pros and cons. I've had Brazilian blowouts and Never bought Brazilian products aftercare line. It's held up fine. I like keratin txs and js and if u bend ur hair or get it wet (I can't go 3 days without working out or running), you can honestly just use some dry shampoo, blow dry it a little, and reflat
which one would you say was the best in terms of never having to straighten your hair after a shower? looking online, i think the Japanese one is, was this is the case for you?
I’m trying to grow dry damaged hair, do you think the keratin treatment will help? I’ve heard keratin is good for your hair especially if it needs it. I still put heat on my hair like once or twice a week and it looks so poofy and the breakage sticks up everywhere. I got one done last year but I wasn’t sure if I was damaging my hair more or not?
I think it’ll help if you heat style your hair. You know heat styling is the worst for damaged hair so when I got the keratin and my hair was damaged it helped so much!!! Anytime I would heat style, it would be so quick and easy and require way less heat than prior to the treatment. It also doesn’t get ruined by humidity so you never have to restyle your hair because of it so againnn, less heat. I just find that it helps with less heat styling which I think helps hair growth a lottttttttttt. Lol. But! I don’t think it’s necessary. I don’t know if you’ve seen my recent videos but I fried and broke my hair last year. SO FUN. I have an entire playlist dedicated to it. I talked about how I got keratin only on the broken pieces. It helped a lot but I haven’t gotten it since and my hair has grown so mch. The playlist would help more than I can do here bc I covered it allllll but I hope this helps too! Lol in summary tho, if you heat style a lot get the treatment!
Hey Dana, have you perhaps tried the new "Brizilian Keratin" my salon now offers it - it claims to have no fumes, save to do on pregnant women and children?
When u have bleached hair so u can’t get a keratin treatment and Have to get the blowout....... plus I have very curly tangled and frizzy hair 😩 I get the Brazilian blowout and I’m v hoping it works
So informative! Thank you for the honest breakdown. I've gotten keratin twice & was going to try the BB to see if I would get more body, but not after hearing this. You saved me time & money!!
Thanks for the video. I've been growing my hair out for 2+ years and its naturally curly. Its alot to handle and was thinking about a straightening procedure. I think I will try the Keratin complex. Is that a brand name treatment ?
I have a thick, messy hair (not curly) but I want to keep the volume of my hair. I just wanna know what do you think is the best for me. Keratin treatment or Brazilian? Will really appreciate if someone replies ☺️☺️ thank you😀
Wish I could help! Have you ever looked into magicsleek? I’ve only ever seen pics but they look amazing! Look into that! And also, it’s been a few years since this vid and I’m obsessed w the lasio keratin treatment specifically. Look into either and hopefully one suits you and it turns out amazing!! 🌸
If you had that much steam with BBO its because your stylist oversaturated the hair with product which is a waste and uncomfortable for you. There shouldn't be an discomfort with the BBO.
+Gina GrandaHuaylinos My hairstylist gave me clips that don't create dents in the hair. They didn't have any teeth and were super smooth so I put those in the front to keep the hair out of my face and I just slept with it down. Without those clips, I've jst slept with my hair straight down and bothering me lol
I got a Brazilian Blowout and it did not work though I spent so much on the after care products, when I checked with Salon they say, they can't do anything.
I have been looking into the brazilian and calling all the salons around here and visiting them and getting in person quotes and the most expensive I have found is 300 at the fancy place in the next city over. So I think the pricing really depends on the area you are in as well. Every places starting price was 200, but it would cap at 300 if your hair was like down to your rump long. Thank you very much for this video, there was a few things in here I hadnt learned from the salon visits and Q&A I had done with my local stylists so I appreciate the info!
+Kagasha of course! I'm in New York lol. Besides that, I really don't think any treatment less than $200 would be of good quality. No problem! I'm glad I helped! Thank you for watching ❤️
I did a Keratin Treatment, but I don't know how to style my hair properly. Should I first let it air dry and then blow dry? And is it necessary to go over with a flat iron after because someone told me straightning my hair will make the treatment last longer
+Fleur H you can do whatever you want! When You first get it and it's still fresh its sooo much easier to style it. You can let it air dry and just braid it if you want for nice waves and they won't be frizzy. Or if you want you can blow dry or straighten it. I always let my hair air dry first before I use any hair tool just so I could have less heat damage from the tools ❤️
Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been using the Keratin Complex straightening for about 2 years now without trouble. Recently moved and nobody here offers it, only Brazilian blowout. This helps me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Thank you!
It would have been more informing to state which brand of "Brazilian blowout" was used. The are many different brands that they call themselves that and smell like chocolate. When you say "Brazilian Blowout" it seems like it is the "original brand" one but when you said "chocolate" I knew it wasn't that brand. I just feel it needs to be more clear which brand. GREAT advise! Thanks.
Your a beautiful woman and Thank you for sharing with others. As a Hairstylist I appreciate you being honest and informative for others to consider this wonderful service. :)
I'm surprised so many people prefer keratin to the brand Brazilian blowout. My brazilian blowouts were amazing but the keratin treatments I've done have had a barely noticeable affect on my thick hair that frizzes in humidity.
Jade :3 Same here. I was not nearly as happy with a Brazilian Blowout as I always am with the Keratin treatments. My hair was not nearly as smooth, shiny & hassle free with the Brazilian Blowout.
Thank U so much for this video i went to a salon n asked for keratin n now i realise she did Brazilian blowout for me n told me its keratin coz when i first did keratin it worked beautifully n then this time it didn't work i was surprised now i realise i have been cheated maybe.. after listening to u n the time n process n all it was Brazilian blowout i came to know don't now y salon ppl do this to us it is hard earned money!
I have done the Keratin treatments many times and they're good. when I did the Brazilian blowout I had exactly the same experience and results as you described. I congratulate you on this accurate description ! you made me reviewing the memory in my head step by step. At that moment I thought the problem is my hair not responding anymore, lol
Mine said same thing! It seems like everyone says something different. They all need to get the info straight and get in the same on page. It’s rediculas! It really makes me feel like it cause they don’t really know what there talking about.
So with the Keratin treatment being kept flat for 3 days, once you washed it did you have any problems with volume particularly volume at the crown and top of your head? I want to get one so badly and after watching your video I feel way more comfortable moving forward especially if you had no problem with volume afterwards. Amazing video thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!! 🖤🖤
+Marlanna Elise i had a problem with it being flat for around 2-3 washes after. After about two washes it started to have its normal volume again while being smooth. No problem!❤️❤️
+Varsha Priyadarshini i know the products themselves are good. I would consult with a hairstylist and seek their opinion while they look at your hair and see what it needs. I'd also do my own research to make sure the stylist is a good one Bc the method of application could affect the result.
Thank you for the great info. I have a question about the keratin treatment..... you mentioned that you can't get kinks or bends in the first 3 day so I was wondering if you did anything to prevent that while you were sleeping. Not sure if you have this issue but when I flatiron my hair then sleep on it, I have to go over a few areas in the morning because there are bends or kinks. Thank you in advance.
+Danielle Gnemmi no problem :) my stylist recommended clips to put on each side of my hair to keep it out of my face without denting it. They are very similar to these amzn.to/2jhqBdE . As for when I slept I just slept with my hair down no clips or anything in it. I do sometimes have the issue of having to fix my already flat ironed hair in the morning but with the keratin In it there were no dents when I woke up. It was really annoying sleeping like that though lol
I don't think you covered hair damage haha. I heard the keratin treatment is more damaging to your than the brazilian blowout. Is that true? Did any of them damage ur hair at all?
it's acutally a DEAPLY nurturing treatment because all it basically does is fill all the "open" hair structure with keratin (which your hair naturally has more or less of, depending on your hair type and extent of damage) and when the hair structure is fully closed (with keratin) it's obviously completely straight and very nurtured. sorry if i explained it kinda clumsy i'm no native speaker and also no hair dresser but still that's kinda what the keratin treatment does and i'm probably gonna get i done until the end of my life lol because you literally have to do nothing to your hair at all for months (again depending on your hair, mine's fine and only a little wavy) and months for it to be shiny and perfectly straight at any time.

Thanks for covering all the details, such as the three-day waiting period for washing or putting up one's hair after Keratin treatment. Great advice on getting it done on a Thursday so that the waiting period isn't a hardship.

Thanks. I've gotten full keratin treatment and only wash my hair twice a week but it doesn't last 2 months. Expensive for that short amount of time. Was considering the Brazilian treatment but am not so sure any more.

yay! thank you! ❤️
one of my co workers got a brazilian blow out and her hair looks amazing! she paid $120 for it and its also a very beautiful salon.
+Ana Rodriguez I'm glad :)
Has anyone tried the Marcia chocolate treatment and is it good

afterrr
Thank u & for being able to interpret my typo "carrot it" lol

Hey , thanks for the very honest review. May I ask which salon in NYC did you get the keratin treatment done at?
Great video, I was not told about the Brazilian blow out aftercare. I was told by a hairdresser that to maintain my keratin, I have to use products that contains keratin. Does that work ?
I bought a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I bought some keratin phials by Salerm and also their keratin shot hair mask that is supposed to help maintain the keratin treatment. Have you ever heard of these products ?
Honestly yeah. I did the brazilian blowout multiple times and it did absolutely nothing to me. I’m glad I’m not the only one.
Very Helpful. I got a BBO about 10 years ago and it didn't work at all! Your video inspired me to try again, with a keratin treatment. Thank you :)
of course! ❤️❤️
Does brazzilian blowout straighten curly hair ?
Thanks for the great advice!! You have definitely convinced me to do keratin!!
+Corona no problem! Hope you love it!! Xo
What do you do with your hair when you go to sleep after a keratin treatment??
i just leave it down. it’s very annoying lol
This treatments doesn’t damage your hair?
Thank You. I tried to find the Keratin Complez but I found a couple of products with that name. Can you let me know wish specific one you used please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
it’s just the 3 day one at the salon. hope that helps!❤️
I wanted to see pictures so we can compare two treatments and decide why one is better than the other? How long do they last?
Helpful video. You've discussed several things that I haven't seen in other Keratin vs. Brazilian Blowout videos like the chemical smell and aftercare
Omg.. the same thing happened to me today! I wish I would’ve seen this video before I got the Brazilian blowout and spent $230.0. My hair was a bit smoother and that was it now I have to go and pay more money to get a keratin treatment since I’m going to a wedding in week so pissed. 😢

yeah as long as you use sulfate free shampoo its fine.
which one would you say was the best in terms of never having to straighten your hair after a shower? looking online, i think the Japanese one is, was this is the case for you?
I love your hairr 😍
What permanent hair straightener will straighten not relax my curls? I personally want straight hair.
japanese hair straightening.
super damaging though
I’m trying to grow dry damaged hair, do you think the keratin treatment will help? I’ve heard keratin is good for your hair especially if it needs it.
Where can you get your hair straighten at. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
in portland Oregon
Thanks for the info. My hair has always been pretty unmanageable. might have to try the keratin treatment when there’s a sale
I hope it works on your hair and you love it!! ❤️
So informative! Thank you for the honest breakdown. I've gotten keratin twice & was going to try the BB to see if I would get more body, but not after hearing this. You saved me time & money!!
+Karen S. I'm glad! No problem thank you for watching😘❤️
Looks so much like Roselyn Sánchez
Thanks for the video. I've been growing my hair out for 2+ years and its naturally curly. Its alot to handle and was thinking about a straightening procedure. I think I will try the Keratin complex. Is that a brand name treatment ?
Hello Dana, kann you tell WICH KERATIN BRAND your Saloon used, please? Thanks
Hi my love. I get keratin complex
Ridic!
You mentioned that u can not wear bobby pins, tie it or put it behind your ears. How do you sleep without creating creases on your hair?
+Gina GrandaHuaylinos My hairstylist gave me clips that don't create dents in the hair. They didn't have any teeth and were super smooth so I put those in the front to keep the hair out of my face and I just slept with it down. Without those clips, I've jst slept with my hair straight down and bothering me lol
I got a Brazilian Blowout and it did not work though I spent so much on the after care products, when I checked with Salon they say, they can't do anything.
Ugh, so irritating
Dang
With the Keratin treatment can you still heat style it? Blowdry/ straighten?
yea
Thank you!
That sucks. No problem!!
Very informative. Thanks!
+Lee Ess no problem!
Thank you so much! Can you recommend a great salon/stylist to do the treatment in LA?
thank you so much for this really helpful! you are beautiful
No problem!!❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much my love
Thank you so much, I was going to get this done tomorrow but I’m going to cancel, I was already having doubts
Why?
I don't remember anymore, but I'm pretty sure because it's not healthy
It would have been more informing to state which brand of "Brazilian blowout" was used. The are many different brands that they call themselves that and smell like chocolate. When you say "Brazilian Blowout" it seems like it is the "original brand" one but when you said "chocolate" I knew it wasn't that brand. I just feel it needs to be more clear which brand. GREAT advise! Thanks.
It says pro care açaí hope this helps xo
The one that smelled like chocolate was it a keratin or brazillian
Great video, and your hair looks so gorgeous.
How long does the keratin treatment lasts?
thank you, this has been very informative.
The original Brazilian blowout treatment does not smell like chocolate! It has a citrus sent.
+Roni'scurls22 good to know! May be better lol
Maybe the one that you use was fake :(
What about hair fall and volume?
what about them? i had no hair fall and you lose most volume with keratin treatments
Your a beautiful woman and Thank you for sharing with others. As a Hairstylist I appreciate you being honest and informative for others to consider this wonderful service. :)
I really appreciate it! Thank you so much :) I try my best❤️ love a hair stylists approval!
This is so helpful! Thank you!
no problem! happy to help💕
Dana, do you remember the brand of the keratin treatment that you used?
+Susan Cordova keratin complex 😊
thank you !
thanks for your honesty!
+lisa larson no problem!
I'm surprised so many people prefer keratin to the brand Brazilian blowout. My brazilian blowouts were amazing but the keratin treatments I've done have had a barely noticeable affect on my thick hair that frizzes in humidity.
How long did you have to wait to get a keratin treatment done after you were unsatisfied with your Brazilian blowout?
+Ana Lopes 2 weeks I went in and he said there was nothing in my hair
Great info 👍🏼
You still have to blow dry your hair with both treatments right? I got a Brazilian Blowout but my hair still gets slightly curly/ wavy.
+Jade :3 ya neither of them are hair straightening treatments.
Jade :3 Same here. I was not nearly as happy with a Brazilian Blowout as I always am with the Keratin treatments. My hair was not nearly as smooth, shiny & hassle free with the Brazilian Blowout.
@@DanaDey so keratin ia not a strengthening treatment ?
No it’s not it’s a smoothing treatment
@@DanaDey then what is a straightening treatment to get super straight hair ?
Thsnks
+TheManWhoDoubts lol that's really unfortunate. & Thank you so much!
When they do these treatments what is a good price to tip
I would do 15%/20% of the service depending on how mch i liked it. So if the total was $200 id either tip $30 or $40.
After doing brazelian blowout i have a lot of hair fall and hair fall what I should do?
Omg. Idk😩 I’d do hair masks. Look into argan oil
Is it true that keratin treatments may lead to cancer?
Ones that contain formaldehyde. Mine is water based and formaldeyde free. it’s called Lasio💕
my Brazilian blowout took 3 hours and I have short hair also stylist told me to not shampoo for 24 hours best if 48 hours
Mine said same thing! It seems like everyone says something different. They all need to get the info straight and get in the same on page. It’s rediculas! It really makes me feel like it cause they don’t really know what there talking about.
How dangerous is the brazilian blowout?
This was so informative, thank you so much! =)
No problem 😊
have you tried hair botox??? is there any difference between hair botox and keratin?? your video is awesome...it is very helpful.
A brazilian blowout is a keratin treatment it’s just a brand name
So with the Keratin treatment being kept flat for 3 days, once you washed it did you have any problems with volume particularly volume at the crown and top of your head? I want to get one so badly and after watching your video I feel way more comfortable moving forward especially if you had no problem with volume afterwards. Amazing video thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!! 🖤🖤
+Marlanna Elise i had a problem with it being flat for around 2-3 washes after. After about two washes it started to have its normal volume again while being smooth. No problem!❤️❤️
Did you get any hair problem like hair fall or hair breakage after the treatment?
+Varsha Priyadarshini no not after either treatment
Dana Dey Would you recommend GK products for the treatment?
+Varsha Priyadarshini i know the products themselves are good. I would consult with a hairstylist and seek their opinion while they look at your hair and see what it needs. I'd also do my own research to make sure the stylist is a good one Bc the method of application could affect the result.
Dana Dey ok thanks 😊 my hair is bit damaged.
I might be wrong, but I think it actually helps prevent future breakage.
Dana Dey great!!! thank you!
Very, very, very helpful. Thank you so much. And you are beautiful xo
Of course! And thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Can u plz suggest few sulfate free shampoos
I only ever use the organix line at the drugstore. All of them work well😊
I have natural straight hair do i need this ??
if it’s frizzy and unmanageable
Same thing happened with me with bbo I am looking for keratin now
I don't think you covered hair damage haha. I heard the keratin treatment is more damaging to your than the brazilian blowout. Is that true? Did any of them damage ur hair at all?
+evilcrumbs hey :) I didn't notice any damage
it's acutally a DEAPLY nurturing treatment because all it basically does is fill all the "open" hair structure with keratin (which your hair naturally has more or less of, depending on your hair type and extent of damage) and when the hair structure is fully closed (with keratin) it's obviously completely straight and very nurtured. sorry if i explained it kinda clumsy i'm no native speaker and also no hair dresser but still that's kinda what the keratin treatment does and i'm probably gonna get i done until the end of my life lol because you literally have to do nothing to your hair at all for months (again depending on your hair, mine's fine and only a little wavy) and months for it to be shiny and perfectly straight at any time.
Love your hair color! 😍 do you dye it?
+gen.var777 thank you!❤ yes I box dye it jet black
