- In new court docs, Garth Brooks amends his original ‘John Doe vs. Jane Roe’ lawsuit to now ID himself and his alleged rape accuser. The singer’s team is justifying the move by claiming that the alleged victim ‘leaked [HIS] identity to the press’ first.
If she wants to accuse him then he has every right to reveal who she is. Unless you're a minor nobody should be allowed to anonymously make an accusation like that.
Her name should be revealed what is she hiding!
I'm thinking this lady wants to get money from him and ruin his reputation if he doesn't pay I believe he told his wife everything and she believes him or she would have left she's standing behind her man!!!
It takes only 1 accusation to destroy a man life. It doesn't matter if it's true or not.
why would he, why should he, care about her name out there... when he knows he's innocent and he knows she should be shamed for her actions. He's trying to deter her also from this future behavior.

If there’s proof he did it then he did it. God knows what’s true and it will be revealed. Stop worshipping celebrities and realize there is a possibility he could have done it. If not then she should go to jail for lying (bc that’s messed up for real victims and for defamation on him).

No. We don't get away with anything. Judge almost has to convict every white guy against a minority or women guilty or not or else look out. But we can't say that like they can use their excuses
Always believe victims in cases like this until it can’t be proven it happened.
