What i don't get it's ok for her to call him out,but he can't call her out? Double standards much
The accuser called him out. She knew his name would be in public. Why can't he do the same? Also, her lawyer also stating that she's a "victim" and the public is suppose to pretend that "innocent until proven guilty" does not exist? Hope she has her evidence hot and ready to be delivered. And yes, I'm saying this as a woman.
I completely agree so many celebrities almost get their careers ruined because people get greedy and one month and I’m not saying they all do that but a lot accuse somebody of something they didn’t do for the money and I hope the truth prevails in this case

You have the right to know your accuser. That is fact. I am a woman, and I believe in the law. If you want justice, then you have to present yourself.
He could privately know his accuser without outing her but he's too vindictive to not and he could have privately gossiped her name then said "it wasn't me" but he wanted her to know it was a direct threat and he wanted to intimidate her and others from coming forward so they'd be outed to. But God will protect her only more now because the public can help send her money to help with her attorney fees and for public support, prayers etc
That's how it will come back around to help her but hurt him in the end by doing this (and his attorney could be sanctioned bad enough that his attorney is removed from the case because it goes against their state laws and ethics). So he thinks he's big and bad but he's just a dumb ass who slapped himself in the face by doing this.

He might very well be guilty, my point is if one sides name is public then both sides should be. Yes he's named so if others have been , , , , ,by him they can come forward also but it could be she has falsely accused others before of doing it when not true and those people also have the chance to come forward. It’s standard for victims of alleged sexual assault to remain anonymous during court proceedings. The fact that his lawyers named her means they’re worried and want to intimidate her. This doesn’t make me feel good about Garth.
In answer to the attorney about why Tricia is standing by her man instead of believing a trusted friend…maybe she knows them both well and knows Garth wouldn’t ever do that.

Let it be known that he also would have had 30 days from her filing date (Oct 3) but chose to respond earlier this week (3+ weeks sooner- that is extremely rare and uncommon legally) because hes desperate not for the truth to come out but for the public to believe his lies that hes the true victim. People that think like this are pathologically envious of other people so much that he would literally be jealous of the attention she's getting for saying shes a victim that he would think "no fair! I want to be the victim so ill be the bigger victim here". No one believes that hes a victim. Thats exactly how narcissists and psychopaths think. Constantly want attention and to "one up" others etc etc. He could have filed Nov 2 but was too nervous to wait because hes scared for his future because he knows he has something to hide and something to fear. Like PRISON.
Let’s not speculate, let’s see the facts, but if she is going to out him, then she doesn’t need to hide and people need to know who made the accusation so I personally don’t blame him. Rape is rape. Period. If this was not rape, then it was consensual. I question why she did not report it as rape to the police right away and have it on record. She will have to somehow prove it was rape and not consensual. If it was an affair, Garth will have to admit that. Somewhere in all of this lies the truth. When she saw that only one room was rented, she could have gotten another room even at another motel. Something seems off here. The truth will keep out. Affairs usually do not end well. I think he should be able to name her. Get everything out in the open to let the truth come out, either way. I am saying this as a woman.
An abuse victim does not have to go to the crooked police right away who often do not help victims or make unlawful edits to police reports. She did go to numerous doctors right after the incident and I highly bet she has semen on her clothes or somewhere because he had to rush off to an awards show (so he likely did not clean up any mess ...and she was physically injured so it was not consensual) where he likely saw himself as a big shot that night and likely was pissed his wife was not there with him so he retaliated towards Trisha by pretending someone else was his wife that night (only she wasn't so it's rape)

Because he is a PUBLIC FIGURE, they do not have the same rights. She's a PRIVATE CITIZEN. Also she's a victim, he's a perpetrator. This is classic narcissist behavior where they demand special treatment with their entitlement and stomp around like children (literally he is a child who never grew up and says "no fair, why does sge get to do something i can't do?!") to try to get their way. He did this out of spite, vengeance, retaliation and because he filed anonymously i bet hoping Trisha would never find out about the case at all and as retaliation to her that trisha found out. Also its a way to silence and intimidate this victim further as well as his hope in doing this would be to silence and scare any other potential victims as well. Sick sick. He only continues making himself look more guilty and it's going to be increasingly clear that he uses long-term "coercive control" on not only Trisha but his kids, fans etc. He seems to have "cult like" followers like Trump and is scared to death because its all true so hes disgustingly asking fans to hold hands with him on this journey. Sick. He said he thought itd be 2 years also to try to run up her costs and intimidate her again when he would likely be the only one causing it to be going on that long. I hope he goes to prison for his crimes!
