Most of the people avoid conditioning for saving time but thats a wrong thing as your hair after shampoo becomes negatively charged die to friction caused by shampooing and use of conditioners bring in some positivity to the hair and hence hydrate and moisturize hair and prevent them from damage, on top of that if you are using a natural hair conditioner like me, I use little extra coco onion hair conditioner, which makes my hair soft and shinny after wash, creamy texture and fragrance free thats what I like most about this conditioner

Ways To Fix Over-Conditioned Hair:
1. Shampooing your hair properly to remove excess conditioner on your hair or using dry shampoo exactly where you can find the greasy spots on your hair can fix your problem.
2. Rinse your hair with a 1:2 concoction of apple cider vinegar and water once a month. (This means 1 part apple cider vinegar and two parts water.)
3. Over-conditioned hair looks limp, and using protein treatments can add volume back to your hair and make your locks stronger. But, make sure not to use these treatments too often.
4. Limit the use of styling and leave-in hair products to get the desired results.

My hair gets extremely oily on the scalp after 1 day of washing them and we should wash our hair only 2-3 times a week. Please make a video on how to manage my hair when it gets oily. I have short hair like you.

You can apply baby powder on your scalp ... It will suck all the greasiness...
I suggest you to use mild shampoo, because in the skin in general including scalp, if it is oily skin, we should use mild soap and shampoo, to let the skin natural oil be there in some what, if we use deep cleansing or harsh one we remove the whole oil of our skin, so the skin at that time produce more oil than usual.
Apply mask of mixture kf Fresh Aloe vera gel and half lemon juice onto your scalpe and leave it for min 2 hours or max overnight (make sure it's dried before you sleep) and wash it w a mild shampoo and conditioner as usual.
It will instantly help you w oily scalp. I have the same problem and this clearly maintains the greasiness of the scalp throughout the week.

Neither conditioners or shampoos helps hair fall. Shampoos are to cleanse your hair and conditioners only for making hair fizz free and tamable.

While rinsing you can easily see the foam(not really like foam but white liquid or bubble) comes out from your hair..when it stops and clear visible water is coming out from your hair it means your conditioner is removed
