Rusted and Fully Jammed Plier Restoration

These old pliers have been lying in my garage for a long time, I even forgot about them.
But it's time to clean them of rust and dirt and breathe new life into them!

Why do all the work by hand instead of using electrolysis or evaporust to do the bulk of the rust removal?
