    Моё мнение таково - 1. Мастер поторопился с полировкой, надо было ещё поработать мелкой шкуркой, видны риски. 2. Почему не выпрямлена деталь ключа? 3. Надо было лучше обработать зубцы. И заведите себе пескоструй, будет легче. В целом неплохо!

    Adjustable jaw should be parallel with fixed jaw. Adjustable jaw was obviously bent and needed to be straightened. Otherwise it won't grip pipe properly. Nice work otherwise.

      @blakeprettyman9123 Год назад

      I believe that the angle of the jaws is intentional. If they were truly parallel it wouldn’t allow for the jaw to let go when turning the opposite way. I could be wrong but when you google photos of a pipe wrench hardly any are parallel.

    Just came across your channel. You did an outstanding job cleaning and polishing this wrench, however I would suggest either nickel plating or cold bluing it for future rust protection. Also, was there a reason you didn't straighten out the bent part? Looking forward to more content!

    Bel lavoro, ma bastava una semplice sabbiatura. Tutta questa lavorazione, portarlo ad un acciaio lucido, é stata inutile, perché si é fortemente limitata la ruvidità tipica dello strumento, che consente una presa sicura. Renderlo lucido lo rende scivoloso ed é solo vanità.

    Originalmente la muela móvil que se ajusta con la tuerca redonda, tiene 90 grados con respecto a su espiga dentada. La que muestra el video se encuentra curvada, ésto indica que fue sometida a una palanca extrema de tracción, utilizando un tubo para extenter el mango. (Ësta herramienta, demuestra que sufrió fatiga de material)

    Pipe wrenches are not supports to be smooth polished, they are supposed to be somewhat rough. Also, you could easily see that it was originally painted blue - an actual "restore" would have included painting it blue again. You've made a decoration out of it, not a working wrench.

    I would have sandblasted the parts initially, then used anti rust .....additionally, smoothing out the surfaces renders the tool more slippery. In my opinion, the tool should have the coarse surfaces, as a part of its character and for better grippage.

    Bu tip restore videolarını seviyorum ve çok çeşitli you Tuber arkadaşları takip ediyorum,ancak hepinizin ilgi çekmek mi,seyir zevkini yükseltmek mı diyelim,çok ucuz numaralar yapiliyor,birincisi bu kadar adeta yıllarca toprak altında kalmış alet ve edavati nereden buluyorsunuz,bence eski ve hurda malzemeyi çamura bulayıp,toprağa gömüyorsunuz,ikincisi beş dakikada ılık veya kaynar suya atsanız üstündeki çamuru cikaracaginiz alete mütemadiyen işlem yapıyorsunuz,aslında bu göz boyayici hareketler, yapmış olduğunuz restore işini öldürmekten öte bir şey değil,yoksa sanatiniza ve ustalığını saçlarım yok,selamlar

    Un tutorial de como sacar brillo a un fierro viejo... Nada mas. Se desperdicia una cantidad preocupante de WD40, se puede usar agua caliente y un poco de detergente, al final le estan aplicando un cepillo de alambre y su carda correspondiente. Esperaba ver que enderezara la muela movil. Resultado: una herramienta antiguo reluciente pero inservible 😢.
