When I was in Paris (too) many years ago, I bought a really nice jacket at Galeries Lafayette. It was so stylish yet practical: water resistant, lined for 3-season wear, but still lightweight. I wore it 'til it was nearly threadbare. That was Montparnasse Cemetery next to the high rise. Famous people buried there include Jean Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Man Ray, Serge Gainsbourg, Samuel Beckett, and Guy de Maupassant. I enjoy your travel blogs because you "freelance" like I do when I go places; ie, you just see where the wind takes you. 😊
There are so many buildings. It's amazing how it all looks from the top of the building. That mall with the spectacular ceiling is so unreal. Great video. Thanks for sharing

Smart move to stay for the sunset, I was at the CN Tower in Toronto and wondered if I should stay long enough to see the sun go down and the city lights come to life, it was worth it.
