Oddly enough, I went to culinary school in Scottsdale, AZ and loved it. I learned so much while I was there and had so much respect for my Chef Instructors. I do eat people that the culinary industry is not for the faint at heart. It is hard work, and I loved it. Worked as a Pastry Chef and a caterer for over 10 years.
Oh man Paris is such an awesome city. You go in for a glass of water, you get a basket of bread. Last time I was there the only way I kept from gaining a lot of weight was the fact I did so much walking. It’s time to go again! Such an awesome video guys! Safe travels!

I watched a lot of the Le Frenchies videos before we went to Paris a couple years ago. The hop on and off bus was a great way to tour Paris, wish I could have stayed longer and seen more. That will just have to be a future trip.... Normandie was an amazing experience. Mont Saint Michael was the best part of our time in France.
