In today's episode, I want to share with you my thoughts on the Sea to summit Frontier collapsible kettle. This kettle will be perfect for my venture into car camping. It seems to be a well thought out product. My only reservation was the boil time and the potential to have to carry more gas on a multi day hike. With my car camping this won't be an issue. What a shame about the heating inefficiency . Hmm . But the cups seem promising . Thanks

The heating inefficiency was compared to my usual hiking pot, which is part of my multi day hiking kit. Obviously the consideration there is carrying gas. While the weight and size works in that situation, in my opinion the gas component doesn't. In saying this, the kettle is fantastic in many other situations, including my venture into car camping.
