    1. Be honest.
    2. Relax. Breathe. Enjoy nature. Walk.
    3. Practice gratitude. Keep a journal.
    4. Develop a strong support network. Help someone else.
    5. Avoid high risk situations.
    6. Help others.
    7. Exercise. Take a walk.
    8. Find a support group, sponsor, church group.
    9. Avoid HALT
    10. Get into some spiritual peace. Pray. Meditate.

      Mindfulness is a great tool! It is also about observing your limits and knowing which skill will help you through whatever comes your way! Remember though sometimes you will have to use more then one or change it up sometimes. Practice what works!

      Overall we are physical, emotional and spiritual as long as we are seeking to alwo all of pur parts to be expressed we are coping. I am gland that you found this video helpful. - Brian

      For those that have discovered that faith is the key that would be the first things first. For me this is the way I cope with life and my own struggles. Each orders thier life to thier own priorities and whatever works to stay sober is the key. - Brian
