that helps too eh! But talent alone isn't enough. There have been football teams for example that had many great players but were not great teams - The Dutch did this a lot

i like the simplicity of the speaker notes, would be quite interesting if we found a way to become interactive, while he is speaking. Well that's one for the techo. but nice.
