Thank you for the walk through on the case! Good to see all the different configs. The disclaimer about not knowing custom loop cooling is honest, and honesty is better than half assing it and pretending you know it (looking at you The Verge). Plus, using an AIO means you can more quickly show the different configs. And you've got the tubing routes well placed, like Gamer's Nexus tested!

Wow, you guys are the only ones with a day 1 review of the O11D Mini. Thanks for pushing this review out! I definitely want to build in this cool, mini case now!
When she mentions the aesthetics part when mounting a vertical GPU for the bottom plate, she missed that you can actually swap out that part (as if installing the 3 slot config at bottom) and replace it with one of the flat plates included (the ones she puts top on the 3 slot config). A really versatile case.

I think I would setup the CLC fans to exhaust air out rather than intake in the ATX configuration. Other than that it looks like a sweet case to build in. I'm actually surprised that it fits the full blown ATX board.
When you use a full ATX board and the vertical GPU mount, is there still enough room below to put a sound card or other PCI-e card (USB or whatever) in the bottom or even bottom 2 slots? because it kinda looks like there is still enough space but i can't quite tell if the slots on the board would line up.
Do you mean the mobo's bottom PCIe slots or using the case's bottom slots (like for the sound blaster ZxR's daughterboard, which doesn't require a PCIe slot of its own)?
Thanks for the great review. I was waiting for this initially but bought the regular dynamic because of the SFX PSU limitation. Now I'm happy I did because my 45mm thick 240mm rads would not have fit in here
Lian Li case you gotta have the new lian li rgb fans, No1 fan right now. ps. spin the rad on the first config ;) , think ill wait for the GN review to show airflow and noise ect. Also no 3080 cards to show inside there and thats a need to see. Thanks for the showing.
@@nailen9193 and that's fine. It looks to accommodate and air cooled ATX snugly. That's my point, if it fits ATX then it isn't mini. I'm just frustrated that there are few modern decent mATX cases. @Skyfox Yup being thinking the NR 400 is the about only modern looking one, I have an SS P7, no glass but has side vents. It's fine as long as the AC is working. I'm sick of the plastic front panel and ugly spare bay inserts
Here a video-idea. Compare the performance and noise-level with both this system and a system with the same hardware (maybe a bigger format motherboard) but in a full tower or large midtower case. Do you still have to sacrifice something for this SFF? Do you have throttling/lower boost/more noise. I am curious about that. I suspect that this SFF-system will function quite all right given the 280 mm AIO but how much do you hear the blower-cooler on that graphics card?
