I will never sell my Virus C, had it now for over 12 years and it will still run with the big boys of today digital or analogue love it to bits. Great soundset guy's.
IMHO, the Virus is the best analogue sounding, digital synth ever created. When I A-B it with my best analogue and digital synths, it not only can match them toe to toe, it always beats them in quality, and ease of use.
I prefer the Waldorf Q. Its known for its sharp glassy, almost harsh digital sounds, but when programmed right it can sound like the real deal. I also have an AN1x and Korg King Korg. And i think my Q comes closer to the real deal then those synths. This Ti sounds good too, better then the Ti2 to my ears. Love how it looks too, I only wish virus synths had a deeper modulation matrix.
@@snuppssynthchannel It is, I'd love to buy one but I am waiting for Waldorf to fix the bugs first. Inexcusable in a synth a tenth of its cost, they need to fix their quality control.
I have a Ti2. This Poly Monster is still the king of VA. It’s not that it does so much. It’s that it does so much so competently. The Access Virus is just like one massive sweet spot.
You can find soundset HERE:lfo.store/shop/hardware-synths/access-virus-bcti-cinematica-soundset-51-preset/ Powerfull & rich sound modeling like never before.
I enjoy analogue synthesis and have quite a bit of modular gear but Im looking for something I can take to gigs easily and make emulate some of my modular patches. Can the virus do this kind of "odd" sound design? Most of the demos I see for the virus are either full of basic subtractive analogue basses or big "lush" pads. These kinds of sounds don't really interest me. If I am to buy a Virus TI2 desktop unit to pair with my MPC for live IDM/Braindance and experimental music will I regret it?
@@aikighost Absolutely. The Vrus TI has an amazing modulation matrix, loads of sources and destinations, loads of LFOs and envelopes, 2 analog inputs and 6 outputs, same using the USB which multiplies outputs, loads of quality FX, delay + reverb and huge amount of distortion types.. all per part, so 16 times... Bought mine in 2006 and use it for all sort of music styles, best purchase ever... Paired with an Octatrack and a the Nord Modular... Perfect live combo.
Aren't you tired of these fake click bait titles? I get so furious man, trying to search for TI and land on this phony video. These people have no respect for themselves..

Sounds incredible
These things hold their value, damn! There are no deals to be had!
just bought 2024 a ti2 keyboard for 1200!
does this count as deal?
A steal!

@@PacificIslandDrive That synth is a bottomless beast.

Une belle machine
just wondering if Virus B can achieve that insane FM Modulation we hear in dark psy from the Ti series..
Even harder)

Virus can be anything, including modular
Problem that people made it "trancy" or "classic" preset machine
Potential is huge
@@LFOstore Ok so signal routing is very flexible? Can I make patches that self modulate etc?
@@aikighost think so

@@aikighost Yes. Modulators can be modulated by other modulators.
Are these in individual or bank format or sysex?
Have you any banks for virus A?
Check the description.
Nope, no banks for A unfortunatelly
Seems Virus KB sounds a bit different than the rest of the virus family.
here....virus KB ..not TI... lol
thanks, captain :-D
@@LFOstore Do you know maybe how to make Virus C or B sound like Virus KB like on 06:35?

Is it Virus TI or Virus A?
Virus B
It works with all Virii except the A. See the video description for details.
@@tyranic1 All except A, actually. Please see the description.
