- On Saturday, Bournemouth fans travelled to North London expecting nothing, but after taking a surprise 2-0 lead, Gary O'Neil's men were on course to cause the shock of the season. However, the latter stages of the game saw a remarkable turnaround which produced WILD scenes at the Emirates - keeping Arsenal five points clear at the top, which condemns the Cherries to drop to rock bottom.

Unbelievable game. That game nearly killed me as an Arsenal fan. Being on the wrong end of a last-minute win is probably the worst feeling a football fan can experience. And being on the right end of one is the best feeling. This game smashed both ends of the spectrum. This is why the Premiership is by far the most entertaining league in the world. As another Arsenal fan, I have no grudges against Bournemouth players about set-up or wasting playing time either… I got very frustrated (as per usual with the ref) though.

I've been to every premier league ground over the last 20 years and the atmosphere at the Emirates this season and last has only been 2nd to Anfield and Elland Road when they're winning. OT is consistently quiet, as is Etihad and Stamford Bridge. The Highbury Library thing is old now, just like boring boring Arsenal that fans still chant. You're just bitter because you lost a game you were dominated in.

I was born in Bournemouth so I always will have a soft spot for the Cherries but we moved to the Guildford area as a boy and at I loved the red and white of Arsenal. The 1970-71 Cup win (Charlie George) sealed the deal and I've followed the Gunners ever since. See you next time. Arsenal for the title! And I hope the Cherries stay up!

What can you say? I've followed Bournemouth through this channel this season, and after the initial elation when we scored the winner, I couldn't help seeing it from my 2nd teams pov, and what you guys went through in the ground. For every magical moment you experience as a fan, someone else lives through heartache and misery.
I truly hope Bournemouth can just go for it now. I think there's enough quality in your team to stay up, but Bournemouth need to go for it without fear. Bournemouth punched Arsenal in the mouth 9 sec in. No hesitation and you made it look so easy getting to the penalty area. You need that belief that you can go to any game with a chance and they proved it yesterday, despite the heartbreak ending.
Fantastic effort yesterday, I hope it builds belief for both clubs to reach their goals this season.
I love how Bournemouth played. That was the best game of the season commiserations to you what a great fan you guys are. We will miss you if you go down, but I hope you stay.🤞
If they play like that, they'll be fine. How many other times are they gonna see a goal like that scored in the last seconds from their opponents' 7th or 8th choice for a front 3 role? They defended really well after going ahead early. Despite all our possession we didn't really make any clear cut chances, they were denied a great goal on the counter by a world class save. They scored a great header {after superb movement} from their first corner. Had an equaliser that was only given cos of the watch tech, and were finally undone in the dying seconds by a superb finish. That won;'t happen to them every week.
They deserve to stay up. I hope they do and I hope they take points off our rivals.

Gooner here. I remember watching your vlog after the game at the Vitality & appreciated listening to the views of the Bournemouth fans. Only just stumbled across this vlog, but had to give it a watch given the game will stay in the memory for a long time for us, for that Nelson goal. Never really thought about what it’s like for an away fan at our place so really enjoyed watching this, but felt gutted for your lot seeing the rollercoaster of emotions from the other side. So glad you stayed up though, good luck for next season!

Just watched this as a Gooner at the game too, trying to relive that over and over again.
Firstly, a brilliant match day vlog, really well produced and fantastic content. As season ticket holders we've done that exact walk to the stadium hundreds of times (usually from the White Lion - does great food if you're after a bite on your next visit) so was great to see that.
As for the game itself, dramatic to say the least. Thought you guys played well, kick off routine caught us napping and the chances in the first half should have had you clear.
Really hope you guys stay up, although I'm still to visit your ground and with the small away allocation it's not gonna happen while you're in the Prem!

Arsenal fan here, great vlog you did for our game. I was in the North Bank, and have never witnessed scenes like that in the Emirates since we moved there. The atmosphere was electric, and its good to see away fans acknowledge that it has improved over the last few seasons. The block next to you are a new breed of young Arsenal fans, they certainly make the Clock End much more noisy than it used to be. Hard luck with the result, always good to see proper die hard fans at our gaff.

Bournemouth did themselves and fans proud yesterday.. they were on point from the start.. playing 5 at the back they didn’t let Arsenal concede a goal.. we were strong and Billing’s goal was fantastic.. congrats to him for the fastest goal in premier league..just was in the right place…Mepham was knocking Arsenals balls out and Rothwell was strong all round.. Solanke was present and working so hard.. Dango and Zemura brilliant..Billing was fantastic.. giving those nudges.. such determination…second goal was perfect from Senesi definitely Arsenal fans were worried… wish we didn’t change Zemura and Dango keeping them on they would of been strong..sadly it wasn’t our day in the end.. a draw would of been okay but after the two goals from the Gunners the atmosphere was up and we did try our best just the last goal got the win.. but Bournemouth yesterday showed how they can perform and play against a top team in the Premier League.. we made them sweat they couldn’t concede a goal first half.. keep it up Bournemouth and carry this excellent football to the next match against Liverpool.. the determination the team showed was outstanding and all of the AFCB fans were behind you.. x was the best match i have seen for a long time.. fantastic afternoon! 👍👍🍒⚽️

Totally understand the frustrations in the fancams, and like that you addressed it at the end of the vlog. As an Arsenal fan obviously a great win for us, but would have been absolutely gutted to lose at the death there if the tables were turned. There are Arsenal fans of all sorts and I guess there are some that would be sore winners and try to rub it in. Season Ticket holding Gooner, now living on the Isle Of Wight and have been to Bournemouth many times over the years, love the place.
