Being able to manage huge network with small group of engeneers is good but only for Company. I dont mind manging complex network - i know how to do it and i take money for it - a lot of money just because its complex, difficult and it's not easy to replace me. Remember that you are talking to engineers, not to Managers - we want things to be complex. :D I would rather focus on performance as an advantage. Remember - not enaugh engineers means high salaries. :D
