Hi There as an European citizen where you will advise to live and work for 2 years to stay in the US or California as a business analysis or a project control? Thank you in advance
The most affordable towns in California are areas that don't have anything exciting happening. I been to the Inland Empire and Central California, so I know that those areas are really depressing as someone who's from LA.
@@fe9523 good question… I don’t know. Someplace with good employment possibilities. Reasonable rent & good medical services. And where people are open minded. Any ideas?
That was not clear lake over Sacramento, and all the others are totally high violent crime especially Stockton. Vacaville is ok though. But I live in El Dorado county, not a lot of crime but some.
Yes there are. I live in the high desert in Lucerne Valley at the bottom of big bear in a 4 bedroom house on 8 1/2 acres and I bought it in 2015 for 169,000 and it was in perfect condition.
What is the point of this if you’re not going to even mention how much the median house prices? And I can guarantee that Fontana or anything else in Southern California is not going to be on the top 10 list of anything affordable. And I can tell by the fact that it is a robot voice doing this narration and not an actual person that this is just a piece of garbage. If anybody is interested, go to world according to Briggs.
Actually you are more wrong fresno is really pretty the city has been cracking down on homeless and gangs. There is beautiful parks and grand shopping centers. I go there and I really like Fresno. It’s a big city but in the valley.

I’m a native. Still here but thinking of leaving. I would not consider any of these areas you mentioned. Try again.

Fresno is still more affordable than the bay. And you get big city shopping here too.
