This video was perfect. I was told to start a gratitude journal by my therapist and I was getting anxious and overthinking it. This video helped break it down.
Its crazy how even the simplest of your videos always leave me with so many insights into the things I'm going through myself! Most videos I've watched on this topic seem very superficial because the people act like life is all sunshine and rainbows and trips around the world and you just have to express gratitude for them through journaling....but I LOVE how you addressed the deeper aspect of the practice , how through it you can basically rewire your brain (sort of like CBT) for more positivity!
Aw thanks for watching! 💕 I definitely feel you on finding some content on gratitude fairly superficial. My intention in this video was to try to dig deeper into the ways to make practicing gratitude actionable and worth practicing for. 🥰
I just finished watching The Grave of the Fireflies for the first time and thought how I have so much to be grateful for 😔. We have so much food and water that we waste without a second thought, people currently in our lives that we do not value nearly as much as we should and circumstances that we take for granted. By "we" I mean me. So after watching, I thought it'd be worthwhile making a change for the better by gratitude journaling and being appreciative for the things we have, at the very least. Thanks for the tips and I think it's high time I start being thankful for all that I have in life 🤲🏼.
I really needed this video. I love the energy, how mindful you are and how useful the tips were. I caught myself making some of these mistakes you mentioned, and I'm gonna fix them. thank you :(❤
Thank you. The idea of writing down the expected gratitude is mind-blowing. Because expecting something good to happen could be even better than experiencing it.
I find gratitude journaling the best option to become a more positive person. And as we know, positivity is the key to being able to get more confident and loving yourself more. Of course finding confidence isn't only about writing things down, but a journal can help you think of the things you have to work on. It's a good way to praise yourself after you've did something scary. And that's how confidence grows. By letting us know what we've done best. By reflecting ourselves and our wins. It's such a good and useful idea to ACTUALLY glow up. Besides going out and doing new stuff, even scary things:) for example: talking to a stranger, having a deep conversation with someone you wouldn't usually talk to about emotions or whatever....
I appreciate this! I used to see doing gratitude list as a task and not a way for me to really see what I am grateful for the day, ending up not doing it consistently. I'll definitely try your technique because I can relate!! 😍 Thank you, Claudia!!
I've been gratitude journaling for a while but started just going through the motions. This is a really helpful video for me as I reconnect with it as a practice.
You teach me new things for my bullet journal even it is only been 4 or 5 mouths starting bullet journal it is very hard but your first video help me a lot seen it is little easy for me to write thank you claudia very much i hope you well make more video like this bye
Wow!! My very first saying is that Thank you so much Claudia. This 4 tips helped me a lot. Now i write more specific and keep building into my morning habit. I'm so glad I found your video.💜💜💜
I'm so happy I found you Ms. Claudia.😊 I start binge watching your videos about bujos. Your vids really help me a lot to be more aware of my own identity when it comes to using bullet journal. Thanks for helping me knowing my "whys" of using bullet journal. Actually, It's my first year having bujo.😄 Keep it up and wishing your channel all the best.😊✨ ❤Honey🇵🇭
Claudia ! Thank you so much for this amazing video ❤ i could totally relate when you talked about anxiety and feeling down that's why i want to cultivate this habit and stick to it (hopefully it will change my mindset too over time 😊)
Thank you for your videos, they are very helpful. Tip about anxiety attacks: When you have one, get up and just move around a bit. This tricks your mind into believing you are responding to a fight-or-flight situation. Especially when you are in bed, this works great. (This is a tip form Mel Robbins, she rules).
