Excellent Classic Car Show 2024 at the Atwell-Wilson Motor Museum

The annual Atwell-Wilson Motor Museum in Calne, Wiltshire. This show was excellent and I was permitted to film every aspect of it. The highlight every year is the drawing of the raffle from which the winning prize is a restored classic car raffled off over the previous year at shows around the nation including the NEC Classic in November. This year's was a MkII Mazda MX5 and luckily the winning ticket owner only lived a few miles way so she was able to come along and drive it away. The perfect ending to a fabulous day which saw classics of all marques and models fill this rather massive venue.

Nice car show John with lots of lovely different marques & models - not fond of that Matt black Mini though (looks like someone hand brushed a Mini with blackboard paint!). Pleased you still also have your passion for cars, and that cinematography hasn’t totally taken over! Guessing you took the Mini…….. Same day as the BL show at BMM I note, so many Marinas and Triumphs at this show would have been AWOL!

I think it coincides with the BL show at Gaydon every year George. I risked taking the TR round to it as all it needs is some work on the undersides near the sills where both sides had the underseal breached so it's got to be scraped back, any repairs made and then re-sealed or painted or something else. A terrific show and a little easier to get to as it's only the other side of town.
