I'm not a huge fan of having askers in the story, but I can let it slide in this case, as this is a great depiction of Chara not being evil as every other UT artist does, while still giving them traits that make them the "not the greatest person" that Asriel described, even going as far as giving them some bullying tendancies! That's how you make a 3D CHARActer!😊
Not EVERY artist depicts Chara as evil, many depict her as being either misunderstood or repentant for a previous Genocide run. Like in one fan-game where she's actually convinced to do a pacifist run by a more evil Frisk taunting her about Asriel, so that she can save him.

It’s canon that the dog takes it again sometime later. Calling Toriel with the Annoying Dog in your inventory makes a ringing in your pockets. The dog ate it, and Toriel probably didn’t get it back until she decided to intervene on the Asgore fight.

Let's say the player is a really nice person and they only ever do neutral or pacifist runs. Chara *wouldn't* be there in the genocide run- because there is no timeline with the genocide run. man, I love it when Chara isn't portrayed as a psychotic murderer. It always makes her character so much more interesting. Sure, it can be funny comedy wise, but when it's not entirely supposed to be comedy, it's always better when Chara is normal.
