    Another awesome video Sarah👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿! I just made a similar one sharing how I prepare for labor and delivery. Currently 36 weeks with my 4th, which I hope to be my 3rd VBAC birth🙏🏿! I definitely highly recommend the exercise ball. Never had an epidural so it helps with pain management also🤗! My last birth was 6 hours start to finish and was an absolute DREAM! Thanks for sharing ❤️!

    Going onto 36 weeks soon and have been loving my ball! Working sitting in front of the computer was getting pretty uncomfortable, have been using it most of my pregnancy. Love your videos! Honestly I get more information from you than my doctor. You have been incredibly helpful 🙂

    I love your videos! Your vibe and how you explain things help me feel more confident in my pregnancy. I am 31 weeks this week with my first baby. I’ve been watching your videos since about 16 weeks. 31 weeks has brought on a few more aches. Some days are better than others but you have been a big help for me! Thank you!!!

    Im am 8 months with my 6th. And I always have back labor. I have really enjoyed your videos on back labor and helping relieve it. I thought I had tried everything. But apparently not.

    I'm wondering if I should bring my own exercise ball to the hospital, they have them there but they look tiny. I'm 5"8 so mine is 75 cm.

    My son was born the 15th Jan via c-section as it all was too much. Luckily we did go this route as his cord was wrapped twice around his little neck. I wanted to know, I am not feeling myself and not very motivated. It is horrible. How long will this last? It was my second pregnancy, my eldest is 10, but don’t recall feeling like this.

      You’re not alone in this feeling, but please make sure to reach out to your OB and let them know how you’re feeling. It sounds like there was a lot going on. It would probably help to talk to a professional to process all those feelings

    I'm 5'9.5" and based on what the brand recommended for my height I bought the 65cm... do you think I'm okay or should I buy a 75cm instead?

    • @mamaraya8818
      @mamaraya8818 2 года назад +1

      I'm your height and you'll be just fine with either size. I prefer the smaller one because I feel like I have better balance and control, but that's just my personal preference.

    Hi Sarah, I’m 5’3” and ordered the 55cm ball that was linked in your Amazon shop. I’m not sitting at the proper angle that you explain I should be in the video. I’m more in a squat position. If I blow the ball up anymore it’s rock hard and uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

      I had the same issue. I’m also 5’3” the 65cm is definitely the better size. I measured my 55cm ball and it wasn’t actually true to size!
