Thanks for this recipe and the peanut butter balls. Hubby and I do the 12 days of Christmas and tonight was candy night ! Soooo we I’m lauded these two new ones. Yummy and blessings 👍
Thanks for sharing another Christmas treat for me to make! The churro bark is so good, gonna have to make another batch for my trays, lol. We love pecans and I will be making this with vanilla wafers and another with some cinnamon cookies, kinda like snickerdoodles, I think the family will like those too. Thanks for all of these delicious treat recipes!
I love your music at the beginning & end of these videos! And who wouldn't enjoy a pecan log for dinner? 😂 I have this recipe written down!! Thank you, Jinne!
You don't need a blender or food processor to make the cookies into crumbs. You can put them in a plastic bag & crush them with a rolling pin or a meat mallet or even your hands. Or you can grind them up in a bowl like you do with a mortar & pestle. That's assuming that you either don't have an appliance to do it or the power is down. A hand cranked grain grinder will work, too.
Love this Holiday treat series, Jinni! Made the peanut butter snowballs already. Thinking of making the Churro bark tomorrow. Thanks!
