@@xc9797 Yup. Mango, PPMD, Armada, HBox, M2K, Leffen, Plup, Jman (in 2010), Zain, and now Wizzy are the only players to have ever won a tournament that had two or more gods in attendance.
Edit: Technically there might've been a supermajor that didn't have two or more gods in attendance, especially in recent times considering only 3/5 of the gods are active. But it's the classic metric and the data was easy to find.

This is the first time since Shine 2016 that someone has made top 8 at both smash games at one tournament. M2K & his son (Wizzy) both got first in melee too!

Honestly, that has to be one of my favorite pop offs I've ever seen. It just looked so... Legendary.
I literally replayed the pop off multiple times because it brought me so much joy.

Wizzrobe winning a supermajor with falcon and immediately competing after in top 8 of smash ultimate, having taken a set of Isai in smash 64 and defeated Zero in a series of all the smash games. This kid is arguably one of the best smash players ever with a talent that probably rivals m2k in his prime.

I've been waiting for this since I saw Wizzy in grands of Smash Rivalries two years ago. I knew he could do it then, and then we saw him take Optic Arena a year ago. Now, Wizzy's out here taking a full-scale major, joining the very elite pantheon of players to do so. Wizzy and Zain are both such young inspirations, and I can't wait to see them push this game even further.

That popoff alone is the greatest thing period in smash history. Witnessing it live on the stream is one of the great honors of my life.
I think this is the second time the WizRod has take a tournement beating Hbox, and it's a super major. Seeing M2k run to the stage and cheer on his boy is a feelsgoodman moment.
If there was any doubt Captain Falcon cannot win major tournaments, there shouldn't be doubt anymore. 20GX has optimized this character to the brink and this is the purest showcase of all that work.

Just as one small example of how well Wizzy played; at 8:42 he gets hit off stage and does a knee to cover his drift back to stage. Knee lasts 39 frames. Wizzy started the knee EXACTLY 40 frames before grabbing ledge. First frame after the knee ends he grabs ledge and he followed up with a immediate ledge hop nair to knee kill.
