I have a 3sge beams engine, it's around 190hp still under a turbo but I'm thinking blacktop ITB? I'm vvti so not sure if cams would help, make any difference or even work?
just copped a TRD widebody N/A Mr2 with a swapped Gen 2 3s-gte engine. anything I should look out for, I don’t know much about mr2s

Will you be putting a turbo on your v6 MR2? The 3vzfe is pretty good for it. I'll be putting a turbo on mine down the line.

No don't do it unless have a better intercooler. Otherwise the headgasket is fried pretty soon. And maybe even more..

Rex help me how does your friend with the turbo live with the fuel cut problem it has I can't floor it or my car bogs out and turns the turbo off until i turn the car off then on
Scratch that he doesn't have a factory mr2 turbo it won't have fuel cut, any advice?

As far as I know there’re two NA MR2, the 156hp and the 175hp, which one did you have? Just for comparison’s sake :)
My usdm mr2 has 133hp 😏🏎

The NA MR2 he has here is most likely either 175 or 170
What is the 0-60 turbo time there doest seem to be a straight answer on the internet
it's hard to time it accurately so we'll never know :/
If you were going to convert an NA to a turbo why would you put the gen2 3SGTE and not the more powerful 93+ gen3?

that black one needs serious paint correction or a bloody good clean, couldn't tell bc of the sunlight showing all the swirl mark's and stuff, you said you want a white one, so do it, sell this one and buy a nice white gt-s turbo, much easier to keep clean.
