Definitely a great custom build! Can't say I would like this layout for myself (at least for my current lifestyle), but I can definitely see how it is utilitarian and can fit someones needs. Really cool to see the flexibility that modulars can have. Not enough people are aware of that. This side loading pantry, looks like that door will serve a need to walk to a future building or garage. I think I saw some stone and earthwork in that direction when you opened the door. Good vid!

The home definitely looks bigger on the inside than the outside. Would love to revisit this home once the kitchen is in.
