The fact that they bothered to fill in missing bits on the coating with their finger showed me that despite the mass production these guys are making a good product and actually care about it. I wish i could try one they are probably amazing and are super cute.

I think they switch recipes quite a bit considering there isn't a lot of automation going on - I mean it looks like really fancy (with all the sifting and coloring of the white chocolate and all o.o) homebaking for the most part, but on a very large scale and packaged at the end. The Fairytale Tree cake on this channel is the same bakery too. A bakery should be diverse in its products anyway so yea. Maybe it's not as monotone as it looks on first glance. But I could also be totally wrong xP

There are so many industries like this. I used to work at a factory where we made buttons (like the "Vote for President" promotional type buttons). I thought I was going to be standing next to a machine and watch it do all the work while I made sure to check for bad buttons. Turns out we had to manually do practically every step of the process. Our designer printed it, we laminated them, then we punched them all out, one design at a time, then we used machines where we had to hand place the back, the shell, and the paper for each and every button. We made thousands and thousands every day, one button at a time. I loved that job.

It's stolen because they don't have the permission to use the name or likeness of the characters but it's literally called Tom and Jerry cheesecake and the characters are on the van. They could get a cease and desist or worse sued to nothing.

If you mean donut glaze machine, it would simply fill the whole hole on top of the cake in that cheese design
$7/hour minimum wage vs. a $250k machine. That's 4 years of profit, then you can buy the machine and kick the guys.
