Wow…I learned a few tricks such as why don’t I pre cut my own lining paper in bulk. It’d make baking so much easier! I also like how there are real people making these cakes with care and hard work …not just machines. Well done!

Mixing stands are the most crucial machine, as prior to their invention it would literally be the job of some poor worker (usually the youngest, often a literal child) to hand mix or whip stuff in a bakery. Dough kneeding? Machine. But having a lot of the more delicate work still done by hand using molds means that they can change up the process or switch to another product entirely without having to retool an assembly line. I noticed when they were making the treats in the middle section, they use a tart pan to make the cakes, even though they could have used any other pan. Why not use what you have on hand? If the tart pans aren't being used but all the other sheet cake pans are, then tart pans it is.

Everything made from scratch. All real ingredients, no mixes with chemicals & nasty ingredients. Amazing! 🤩 What is the liquid in the bottles that they are soaking each layer with?????❓❓
I like how people are loving the cleanliness of this place (which is amazing, I'll say), but it makes me realize how many things have fallen out of their place with time. I worked at McDonalds when I was 19 (back in 2007 or so) and we had to wash our hands carefully every time we touched something outside the kitchen. You go to the storage room? Wash your hands. You go clean the tables? Wash your hands. You pick a piece of food that fell onto the floor? Wash your hands. You worked at the register? Wash your hands twice (money is super dirty). Is that something that's not done these days anymore?
The cleanliness is out of this world!! I used to work for a small toothbrush company and all we had to do was wear a hairnet. I saw people drop toothbrushes on the floor then pick them up and put them in the packaging. I saw people pick them up off the floor, blow on them and then put them in the packaging. Gross. Those are going into someone's mouth. I said something to a coworker who did that and she said, "Well customers are supposed to rinse them off before using them." I never used to rinse them before use but I assure you I do since that day. This company was in business for 25 years before I started working there and it took a new employee to tell the supervisor what was happening and have the issue addressed. I also noticed eye lashes or eye brow hairs in the sealed packages with the toothbrushes after they had been inspected for shipping. Yuck.
The way they clean themselves before getting to work should be mandatory at all restaurants and hospitals. They cleaner than doctors going in for surgery
Amazing this cake factory from what I've seen has got to be the cleanest place plus the workers. Everything is measured out and processed perfect. I would happily purchase a cake from here. Thank you for filming the process for viewers like myself. Congratulations on a beautiful experience shared.
