I used to be an OR nurse. These workers are next planet cleanliness. If their bakeries have this level of hygiene I would love to see what the surgical units are like there. Very impressive! And the cakes are amazing too.

S. Korea’s level of cleanliness is second to none. All their food looks amazing, and now I see why. They really work hard to bring customers quality, clean food. Amazing video.
Here machines do most of the work...ending many jobs...I've worked in multiple FOOD FACTORIES and there's way more machines than there are people...I think it's more about the profit HERE.

Wow…I learned a few tricks such as why don’t I pre cut my own lining paper in bulk. It’d make baking so much easier! I also like how there are real people making these cakes with care and hard work …not just machines. Well done!

@@katerinamik2877 they use machines when it makes sense, but most bakeries are a combination of machine and hand work. Mixing stands are the most crucial machine, as prior to their invention it would literally be the job of some poor worker (usually the youngest, often a literal child) to hand mix or whip stuff in a bakery. Dough kneeding? Machine. But having a lot of the more delicate work still done by hand using molds means that they can change up the process or switch to another product entirely without having to retool an assembly line. I noticed when they were making the treats in the middle section, they use a tart pan to make the cakes, even though they could have used any other pan. Why not use what you have on hand? If the tart pans aren't being used but all the other sheet cake pans are, then tart pans it is.
That is so smart with the lint roller and the vacuum!! As many have said , I would definitely trust anything that comes from this factory! Beautiful cakes 🎂!!

I like how people are loving the cleanliness of this place (which is amazing, I'll say), but it makes me realize how many things have fallen out of their place with time. I worked at McDonalds when I was 19 (back in 2007 or so) and we had to wash our hands carefully every time we touched something outside the kitchen. You go to the storage room? Wash your hands. You go clean the tables? Wash your hands. You pick a piece of food that fell onto the floor? Wash your hands. You worked at the register? Wash your hands twice (money is super dirty).
Is that something that's not done these days anymore?
I love how dedicated they are to cleanliness and superior craftsmanship. I hope they get to take home the cake scraps 😋
