It's wonderful to be able to adapt so we can keep doing things we love. Another thing that can help with tremors and performing fine motor skill tasks (like accurate placement of a diamond) is to have a heavier pen. Heavier objects help control the tremor by "weighing it down" a bit... (this is generally more for an intention type tremor but can work for any tremor) Heavy silverware can help diminish tremors enough to be able to use a spoon to eat soup and using a heavier pen can help improve legibility of handwriting so I'm assuming a heavier pen (perhaps a resin hand turned custom pen from one of the small shops on Etsy) could possibly help with placing drills on the canvas.
