I thought I heard Karen do her laugh ! BUT!! Here's an idea. Use a couple guards at each horse and have them guard a line of tourists to take pics. They can add rules: No touching the horses; There is a limited amount tourists allowed in each horse line each side of the horse each hour/each day. Weird isn’t it! I don’t understand either, they must be living very dull lives. The horse and the soldier are doing their job, do they stand around looking at people doing their work in a bank or a shop? Very, very strange.
I just saw a news clip that showed a lady climbing in the fenced area to try and approach and pet a bison. Park officials had to hop in and save her. They said it is incredibly dangerous to approach the bison but people are doing it more and more at Yellowstone National Park, USA. So there seems to be no end to how far these people will go to "feed their cell phones".

My goodness, it's a pure circus with all the tourists, buses driving past and sounds from a demonstration not far away. And yet the horses stand patiently waiting for a change of guard.
