I wish they made Al Mualims sword in the final battle a secret unlockable sword in AC2 would’ve been awesome. The old Syrian sword in AC2 is no where near as good as it is in AC1. Great video. R.I.P Al Mualim!
People say 10:49 I saw people saying that what Altair said is “Nothing is true, everything is permitted” which could have been the intention but the literally words he used translate to “Nothing is absolutely true, everything is possible” so mostly the only difference is the last word.
Al mualim wanted to control the world with the power of Apple. He used altair to kill nine templars who knew about the apple of eden and wanted to have the apple only for himself. He betrayed to both assassin brotherhood and templar order.

@@Sosa_freed Apple of Eden is a Shiva lingam object - connected to angels and demons. These are like the Mahabharata weapons, or Akhenaten (the ark). Weapons of mass destruction and the angels and demons controls can control us.

I always loved how this game series suggests most of the Assassins are atheists, and the Templars may or may not be also. Although it seems the Templars worship the “Father of Understanding.” This may be a Deistic God, rather than any from the major world religions.
Man, the soundtrack is still absolute banger across entire series of games. It's just best.
Its interesting that every location that the apple shows there were games based on itt
That's why we hear Altair says "I can't"
That ending hidden blade assassination was badass. Altaïr is such a cool character
