We had the pleasure of visiting Iceland this past August and was able to sight scene all the popular places and waterfalls within three days. We were so blessed with sunny weather. It is such an amazing country. I loved the serenity of the surrounding and everything around it is picturesque.

Hey! Thanks for this video! Where exactly was this shot filmed at 1:05? Looks beautiful! :) Another question: in how many days did you get to see all of these places? :)
Hi, Yana! The shot was done on the ring road, just south-west of Fjaðrárgljúfur. In general, Iceland was mindblowing, everywhere you drove around this country was beautiful. We actually filmed for about 12 days, but you could do all of this in a well planned week, as it's all central to the South of the country :) Here's our full guide for more Iceland information - ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html Happy Travels! :D

Hey :). In our opinion September is a good time to go to Iceland. You get enough daylight to enjoy the day, it's not too cold yet and accommodation is easier to find and cheaper than the peak summer months. There's also enough darkness that if you're lucky you can see the northern lights. Our travel guide (filmed in November) has lots more info on Iceland - ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html

Very helpful video! I'm planning to go to Iceland for 2 weeks in late December/January...... is that a good time of year to go? Or should I wait till summer? I'm planning on buying an expensive camera to take along..... other then the blue lagoon what's a warm place to swim? Also can you like kiyak down any rivers or no? Thank you!
Hi Corbin, some of your questions are answered in our Iceland Travel Guide here - ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html. December and January are good times to go if you really want to see the Northern Lights, but bear in mind that the days will be really short at this time of year so don't expect much sunlight. Summer is much better if you want to get out and explore during daylight hours, and it won't be so cold either. There are loads of thermal pools in Iceland, so it depends where you plan on going. We really liked Seljavallalaug on the south coast. As for kayaking, our friends at Iceguide.is offer kayaking tours on lakes and glaciers - www.iceguide.is/tours/glacier-kayak-adventure/ Hope you enjoy your time in Iceland, good luck!
Hi Jurgen! Thanks for watching, and well it depends what kind of adventure you want from Iceland! We went in November which meant we could go to the Ice Caves, search for the Northern lights.. but it's very cold, and in winter the roads / weather can be unpredictable! The summer however is perfect for exploring the North and South of the country, and the days are longer - but this does mean it's harder to see the Northern Lights. I live here. My advice would be: don't skip anything if you come here, everything is equally beautiful in it's own way.
Are all the shots in the video filmed in November?? Some of the places still looked quite green! I heard it is very rainy in November, but wanted to go at that time to catch the northern lights and see the ice caves.
Hi Tamara! Yes everything was filmed in November. We went the first week until the third week, and the weather started changing during that time - However in general Iceland's weather is super unpredictable! We go into it more in our full guide: ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html&lc=z12syxmzyyaedbqdb22kxbhzvqbqdruns We found November to be great though, the Ice cave tours had just started, we saw the lights, and it was still ok conditions to drive in! I hope this helps, and if you go let us know how you get on :D

The best time to go to see the Northern Lights is from late August to mid-April 😀The coldest months in Iceland are December and January - we hope that helps and you and the Mrs enjoy a trip to Iceland soon!
Hi!!! I'm planning to travel to Iceland next year in September, it's a good time to go? and can I see the North lights? I'm 17 so I will be 18 at the time and I don't know if I will have the car license at the time. Can you give me some ideas how to travel whiteout a car? nice video and will help me a lot!!!
Hey! September is a great time to go to Iceland, there's still long days and it's a bit less busy than the height of the tourist season in summer. It's possible to see the northern lights in September, you just may have to work a little harder than in the depths of winter. We have a video all about how to see the northern lights here - ruclips.net/video/nVl59taQMNk/видео.html. If you're based in Reykjavik there are lots of organised tours that run out of the city to some of the best sights, so you can book yourself onto a coach if you can't drive. You should be able to get out to the Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon easily enough. We're sure there are tours down to Skogafoss too, although we don't recommend going as far as Jokulsarlon unless you plan on staying down there (it's a bit too far for a single day trip). If you want any more info check out our complete guide to Iceland - ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html Have a great holiday!
Great video! I have some spare time at the end of May and I can catch a cheap flight from Stockholm to Reykjavik back and forth. From what I've heard is that Iceland is pretty damn expensive. Any tips & tricks for traveling this country on a low budget?
Hey Kruijffe, thanks for watching! You're right, Iceland is an expensive country in which to live. To save money you can stay in a hostel in Reykjavik, and if you venture out onto the ringroad you could try camping instead of a hotel. Check the temperatures first though! Another thing would be to avoid eating out at restaurants. Stock up on food at supermarkets as the food is cheaper there. We have a full Iceland Travel Guide on the channel, so make sure you check it out before you go 😀 - ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html

Good video and editing. A little disappointed because nothing on Snaefellsnes, Westfjords, Myvatn, Detifoss... Blue lagoon is too crowdy, i prefer the lagoon at Myvatn, much naturals and much beautiful and very less expansive! You missed a lot of beautiful things in Iceland!
Hi Jean-François, thanks for your feedback that's all really helpful to know. We totally agree with you, we've heard that the places you mention are amazing too. The things we've listed are just our favourites from our time in Iceland, unfortunately we didn't have time to do the whole ring road so just focused on the south. I guess we have a great excuse to go back to Iceland :)
Why did this bring tears to my eyes??? I really can't wait to go here and see all this! so pure and natural

Holiday Extras Travel Guides Certainly!
Never underestimate how much things cost. You don’t necessarily have to take cash as every shop takes cards- just watch out for the over seas exchange fees! Try and buy any gifts at the airport if you can, especially if you want to buy Blue Lagoon products (And you WILL want to)- Duty free always cheaper.
If you don’t have a professional camera, there are special apps you can get for an iPhone/ smartphone to photograph the Northern Lights- the one I used was called ‘NorthernLights’ which you can get from the app store. It has different settings for different display intensities- the quality wasn’t amazing, but iPhone cameras aren’t really designed for photographing dark places without a flash- and if you are going on a guided tour to look for the lights, they will tell you not to use a flash as this can ruin the display for others around you. So maybe do a bit of research into finding the best apps or finding the best settings for your camera before you go :)

We went in November which meant we could go to the Ice Caves, search for the Northern lights.. but it's very cold, and in winter the roads / weather can be unpredictable! When is a good time to go and see northern lights and not too cold for the mrs.
The best time to go to see the Northern Lights is from late August to mid-April 😀The coldest months in Iceland are December and January - we hope that helps and you and the Mrs enjoy a trip to Iceland soon!
How long do you recommend travelling to Iceland
We'd say at 3 nights to explore Reykjavik and the surrounding area. If you're looking to go further afield, factor in some extra time. :)
When was this video shot?
Hi Aila! We filmed all the Iceland content in Mid November 2016 :)
Thanks for watching!

Have a great holiday!
Holiday Extras Travel Guides thank you very much!!!!
You guys react so quick, thank you for that! Alright I'll check out the guide, cheers!
You're welcome 😀. Any questions just ask!
Whats the drone situation there (u can use it legally)
Hi Jaspreet, drones are legal to fly in Iceland although some areas are restricted. This link has a lot of useful info - icelandmag.visir.is/article/does-iceland-have-any-restrictions-or-laws-regarding-use-drones-do-aerial-photography
'Climb over a fence' - Isn't the purpose of the fence to keep people from going over to that section?
What month did you go to Iceland?
Hey, Stephanie, We went in November :D Here's our full travel guide to give you loads more information -

Cool but how much does the driver cost for the car?
what time of year did you visit?
Hi Jeska, we visited in November! Will be traveling to Iceland at any point?
Would it be good to go in October
There's no time like the present. 😎 Although if you're looking to see the Northern Lights then it might be worth waiting until January.

Where is nice hotel to stay?
Hi again Corbin, we like www.rey.is/ in Reykjavik and during our shoot we also used lambafell.is/ and www.icelandairhotels.com/en/hotels/vik when filming along the south coast.
Some more details of our accommodation are in our travel guide here - ruclips.net/video/9q5egJTlIoE/видео.html
How much it can cost me visit Iceland.. .
Everything cost a metric fuck ton in Iceland but its worth every single Krona you spend!!! Iceland is breathtaking!!
It is expensive- but as you say, worth every single Krona! Have you been to Iceland recently? 🇮🇸

Fuck off.
Hey are you a British, you have a pretty accent tobehonest
Hi Arya! Yes we're a British based company, and Abi is British too :)
