- Its called by different names: pate acha, pete acha(Acha or Fonio ), tere, gote, gwete, etc. It is healthy and has a lot of nutritious vegetables and grains. It is popular with the Berom tribe but other as Jarawa, Irigwe, Afizere, tribes almost all the tribes in Plateau state but it has become so popular because of the health benefits of Acha/ Fonio It is good for weight loss and those who are diabetic and it great for appetite. You can make it after a long day of work, when someone is sick or has the flu.

Are the red hibiscus flower used for zobo a different species from the ones you used?
Yes, but the white sour sorrel Hibiscus flowers or the light red. Not the darker red or black. Thank you 💕
Maybe add the names to each ingredient
I'm in Nigeria and i can't find half these ingredients. This looks so nice. I hate the food where i am. I've lost so much weight. These ingredients are not available all over Nigeria are they. It's good you used so many vegetables. Were i am there aren't much variety of vegetables. I'm scared I'm gonna starve here. The food is horrible.
