your videos are detailed and nice dear.. thanks for taking the time..my opinion, i think in whatever biz, you need to include and calculate your labour, miscellaneous incase you forget something and also gas or kerosene, i mean you did not steal those things, you paid to have them, and you have to pay yourself for the hard work .my 2 cents pls💚
It is the "Pap, requires the grace of God" for me. Nice and informative video. I am working on millet in my research and this is quite interesting to see. Well done.
Thought they pour the other mixture when the Kunu is still hot before covering but you poured yours after 4 hours when the kunu must have cooled down , and thought is usually don't take over night before you sieve
Oh I forgot to calculate sugar. As for ice, I won’t have to buy because we there’s constant light where I stay but if you have to buy then calculate. You will still have e good profit
The prices of what you purchased are quite cheap, I guess it’s not this year because millet and Guinea corn are damn expensive in the market now! Or maybe it could be your location of which I doubt it’s not Lagos! ❤
@@Foodanddrinkz okay thanks ma’am, but please what’s the measurement? Is it half paint, derica or full paint? I want to know please so as to know my costing. Thanks for this ❤🙏
After making it a pap, leave it for some time before adding the raw one I left, if you watch the video you’ll see how long I left it and to know that it’s time to add the raw one. After that I left it overnight, also shown in the video before washing with cheese cloth and then adding sugar. Watch again you’ll understand.
Love it Wealth ❤. Please where do you purchase your can? Also, the other ingredients, did you mix it with the grinded guinea corn and mullet, and leave it till the next day?

Well detailed… thank 🎉you
You’re welcome
I like your video,l have two questions
1)Can we use fresh ginger and potato
2)Which type of potato did you use sweet or lrish potato
Yes you can use fresh ginger but the dried one tastes and smells better in Kunu.
I used Sweet potato
Thought they pour the other mixture when the Kunu is still hot before covering but you poured yours after 4 hours when the kunu must have cooled down , and thought is usually don't take over night before you sieve
Many “thoughts”😊

U didn't calculate sugar and ice block incase of nepa failure
Oh I forgot to calculate sugar.

Thanks for sharing weldone.
You’re welcome
When u grind the ginger them seperate does it give it special taste
You can do it either ways
Pls what is i dont leave the one you poured in hot water overnight due to i want to sell it that day
This is the ideal way to make it, except you want to do otherwise
Nice video.... you didn't calculate sugar, labour, and gas
I will next time😊
My dear you can add garlic too good job
Really? Wow I’ll try that next, thanks

It’s this year dear, about 2 months ago
But now, millet is #200, I bought millet and Guinea corn just yesterday for #200 each
Not Lagos, Enugu
@@Foodanddrinkz okay thanks ma’am, but please what’s the measurement? Is it half paint, derica or full paint? I want to know please so as to know my costing. Thanks for this ❤🙏
I bought mine in cups, it’s actually a milk cup, I will send a video link where I showed the cup
@@Foodanddrinkz oh! thanks a lot for this ma’am 🤗
Good
Thank you
What happens when you put this drink in a freezer ; letting it get blocked
It may separate when it defrosts, so you’ll have to shake to blend/mix
U did well
But I didn't understand from after the making it papa form downward

Nice video. My question is do we add water while sieving it?
Thank you
If it’s too thick you can add water
Is the kunu supposed to be sour or not? The one I made tasted sour 😅.
When you say 3 cups of millet and guinea corn what cup are you referring to please?
Milk cup
You didn't sieve it after blending?
Watch till the end
Please do i need to leave it to stay overnight. I want to make for personal consumption and i don't want the one with sour taste
You may just package once it’s cool and refrigerate, If you leave it overnight, it will have a sour taste
Good job sis,how long would it take before it spoil.
Upto 1month if kept in a good fridge
Please is it compulsory the sweet potato as to be dried
You can use raw
Ma please I have a question
I want to start this business so my question is kunu normally looks like water or a little bit thick
A little bit thick not light like water nor zobo
How many cups of millet can I use for both ma if I wat to do mine.
I mentioned the measurement I used in the video
Love it Wealth ❤.
Please where do you purchase your can?
Also, the other ingredients, did you mix it with the grinded guinea corn and mullet, and leave it till the next day?
Thank you, yes I mixed, watch video till the end to find out

Sorry the plastic bottles is it 25cl?
30cl
Can be honey instead of sugar
Yeah but I only use honey for tea or pap, I don’t like the taste in my drinks
Pls can someone add milk or milk flavor to it ma.
Yes you can add condensed milk but not to all, only the one you want to drink at a spot
You didn't calculate sugar cost to it.
It was a mistake
How many minutes did you cook it
Cook?
Can a 9 months old baby take kuku? And can we cover it with straining net?
Yes they can
If the net will allow air touch it and not accumulate heat, then yes
Is it a must to put potatoes in d kunu drink ma
No, it’s not a must
@@Foodanddrinkz okay ma
