Welldone ma'am,pls why should one not soak the tigernut? It is said that soaking it increases the sizes of the nuts there by producing more milk. Besides, the ice cubes will increase the quantity of the milk,hence, it will no longer be 19 litres. I make use of frozen sachet water instead.
