I lived in Squaw on Sandy way back in the late 80s. Worked at SV sports shop. Haven't been there since 2005. I guess progress is good, though to me, my memories will always remain as Squaw was in the 80s, wild, crazy, and lots of fun.
I skied at Squaw several years in the 90's. It's an amazing place. Haven't been back since then. I can't believe how much the base area has been built up. Kind of makes me sad.......in a nostalgic sense.
