The door closing on it's own could just be the way the hinges are set up. Doors in my house always move when set in a half-way open position. It's just the hinges and slight settling of the house. I'm not saying that's fake, I'm just saying ti could simply be that.
Since this is clearly in cooler weather, I assure you, all old buildings knock and make noises, namely as the heating shuts on and off. Probably all buildings make sounds like that. It's not indicative of anything.
If you look very closely on time 3:15-3:17, from the bottom right corner, you can see a purple light anomaly shooting towards the door as the knocking continues. No joke!!
I believe that's called "glare," or "clean the camera lens." :) That's all I saw. Maybe, don't see things where there aren't likely to be any? Or more solid evidence? jmo.
