    I've been binge watching your videos 😅 but I'm curious if you would ever sell a template of your enamel pin set up ? Cause just thinking about putting one together to send to my manu is always a daunting to me

      Thank you so much!! 🥰 I hope you are finding them helpful and entertaining! I honestly meant to make a free template for the pin setup, but totally forgot 😅 hopefully I can find some time soon to put one together!

    All good tips!! I like the idea of separating the lines and colors! I think that's where I missed up doing my first one cuz they messed up my lines :(

      Yessss and if I do go in and use the line tool in AI for all my lines, I convert them to shapes when I’m done! That way the line thickness doesn’t get messed up with the manu.

    This was super informative. Excited to watch how to find a manufacturer! Your end screen is so pretty. I love how you have a pic of yourself with half of it being an anime/cartoon version. Anyway, love your content! 💕

    Lots of good stuff here!
    Definitely see the Katnipp inspiration in that adorable mushroom pin example. That needs to happen for sure, lol.
    So glad to have come across your channel and thankful for the content you create. I wish you much success in all your future endeavors.

    Thank you for this video! What I haven't understood though is how the manufacturer knows where to put which color. You've got the spec sheet with the overview of colors but I don't see anything where it says which color goes where...
    Let's say you have a design where - for whatever reason - two of the colors are #324ea8 and #0a30a8. How does the manufacturer know where to put which one ? Could you explain it to me, please ? Thank you :)

    • @LeSpiritDesigns
      @LeSpiritDesigns  Год назад +2

      Ah so this is just my own personal preference with setting up the colors! I haven’t noticed a problem yet with distinguishing placement for them, but an east solution to this is to draw lines from each color to their placement! But even when you send a spec sheet, the manu will send you a proof of their own where you can double check color placement and other details. I hope this helps!

      @@LeSpiritDesigns I think my mind is still missing a step for whatever reason. Selective memory maybe ? Idk... Do you send in a colored version of the pin, too ?

    Very good video!!! I create my illustration with Illustrator, what line thickness should I use?

    • @LeSpiritDesigns
      @LeSpiritDesigns  Месяц назад

      I’m glad it was helpful! Your line thickness will honestly depend on personal preference, but I recommend turning them into outlines after you settle on a thickness, so the manufacturer can’t adjust it on their end!
