    That's some great advice. Good idea to sand the front of the panel before putting it all together

    i use a 1/16" round over for the back edge of door

      @@WoodworkingWithWes yep almost but a router gives a more consistent round over .

    Thanks for the tutorial Wes. I noticed you didn’t say anything about using tack cloth in between sanding. Thoughts?

      Bruce...I just blow my doors off with my air nozzle between sanding and that has always worked for me. Thanks for watching.

      @@WoodworkingWithWes Actually I kinda thought you were doing that, but not filming it. I always HATED using tack cloth, now I shant.
