Useful tips, John! My whiteboard fell down behind my desk and seems to be jammed, so the tear-off version seems very promising. (No, I'm not going to clear all the STUFF on my desk so that I can move it, not until I make my annual New Year's Revolution to tidy my craft hovel.)
Good tips, my laptop is up on a stand that is on a little shelf on top of my desk, so I got a basket slid under the laptop as an in-tray and a second tray under the little shelf. The whiteboard stuff is really cool.
Thanks for another great video! Lots of great advice. One’s work environment is important! I’m more of an index card and corkboard guy, myself. XD Cool scarf!
Overall not a bad list! I personally got so much out of having an adjustable desk (sit/stand desk) and they are really coming down in price! One thing before you use one... MAKE SURE all the cords under that connect to the motor are not loose or you can pull it out of the back of the box... Also, when you are assembling everything on the desk, make sure it is at the max height that you want to have it at (or when you go to raise it, you can pull out all your cords, or worse).
What if I have a comic concept, but I'm not an artist? I've started writing my idea, and I know I'm going to need to pay an artist to bring it to life.
You've already answered your question. Your other options are to learn how to draw (it's really fun and you don't have to be "great" to make comics) or write a novel first with a view to turn it into a comic down the road when you can draw it yourself and/or have the funds for an artist(s).

Thank you for the advice, I need to get a thingy for my books rather than letting them stack up and bury desk... organization needed.

Thanks, Devin! :) Corkboards are also really fun to be fair, but I always drop the pins and end up standing on them XD
Great list!! I’ve started using notion and it’s been awesome for remembering drawing settings, planning and world building
All great advice. I’m also a big fan of index cards. ✌🏼

As soon as I can afford it (and have room to actually get one) I am 100% getting a sit/stand desk! Great tips too, thank you :)
But but Faber Castle ARE selling Magic Pen
