Not seen anything of Perez, however I like the sound of him alot.
If the rumours are that he wants to come, then I'm all for it, nothing better than an actual player wanting to join rather than having to be persuaded.
Something i think would be good for these videos, is to have some information about the teams they play for so we can compare more. Such as league position and play style. Love the videos though ⚒️

I'd be surprised if sell Zouma in this window tbh, he's got a year left on his contract and is on 125k per week with a poor injury record. Which team realistically will want to pick him up? Same goes for Ings as well (salary and contract expiary date) . Only way I can see that happening is for a cut price and both players taking a wage cut.
It's his high wages that they want to offload
