@@Gamingnaion- But you may still need to tax it if you live in the UK and your income is above a threshold. I own a property abroad and need to tax it in the UK as "Foreign Income".
So if the property is sold after few years do you get your money paid or you get more?

Hi, with Stake you earn money in two ways. From the dividend income brought in when people pay rent on the property and also the capital appreciation which is the value of the property increasing over time. Stake aim to give investors a 30% return from the appreciation which can happen in 18 months or it could take 5 years. If for example you investing £1,000 and they sold the property 2 years later for a 30% gain you would get back £1,300 and you would of also been getting paid dividend payments each month on top of this. Very bad idea of the investment as the company would not support investors with price action. Your exit is solely dependent on the buyers. I myself wanted to exit the investment plant during exit window which opens just twice a year. No one seems to buy and now that selling back the stakes to any one seems to be a dream. The money will forever be lost if you guys stake do not approach more ways supporting investors to liquid the money. What’s is the point if you can not control your own money

Can you take out your invested money from stake?
Hi, once invested its just like if you'd invested in an actual property yourself. You can sell your shares on the secondary market each May and November but would likely need to sell at a discount meaning you'd take a loss or the best thing to do is wait until stake sell the property in profit for you then withdraw. Best to use money you won't need for the next 3 years or so ideally. Thanks
