Can you make video comparing getstake vs smartcrowd? ( pros & cons of both and especially different types of fees).

What is the legitimacy, guarantee or legal standing of this way of investment pls?

Stake vs SmartCrowd? Which one do you recommend?
SmarCrowd gives better ROI considering the annual return and performance fees.
Most of the fees are more or less the same with some small deviation but Stake charges 7% performance fee on the appreciation profits when you exit a property.
And if you check the annual return of properties in SmartCrowd, it is usually 10-11% while in Stake its 9-10%.
It's always a good idea to diversify your portfolio. I would go for both.

Its a bit strange that you have stopped investing in stake and is this a portfolio size you would suggest to keep or what is stopping you to increase your investment
It's a high-risk investment product, and in case of an emergency fund is required the liquidity time is very long..
How it is risky product?
It is mentioned from start property is not short term investment and do not put your emergency funds in any type of property. Put in bank instead.
Invested 500 AED as test case. Waiting for 1st rental income.
