I had sleep paralysis once but there was no demons. I could see through my eyes and I could see my mom and family looking at me and they were saying that me eyes were wide open but I wasn't moving or blinking. They though I was dead. Actually pretty relaxing. But the only bad part is a really can't breath. I feel like I'm holding my breath the whole time. And everything was really loud even though nobody was being loud. I also have nightmare disorder so idk how that didn't turn into something bad.
My best friend has sleep paralysis and when we have sleepovers she always falls asleep before me and one time, she woke up and said "he's watching me! Help me!" My other friend and I were so scared. This happened 2 times. EDIT: to be clear, she said it right after she woke up.
I get it almost too often to the point that I don’t open up my eyes when I wake up until I know for sure I can move... it helps to just shut your eyes until you can move or just fall back asleep
I know this isn’t any condition but does anybody else like trip over or fall over in their dream and then instantly react by moving your feet to stop your fall and then wake up and your heart is pumping after that quick instant reaction??? No? Just me? 😂😂
Happens a lot to me. One time I was gonna fall in my dream so I immediately reacted in real life and since I was so close to the edge I fell off the bed
Mine started like this. Except now that I'm older, I lasts a lot longer than before. Also always I imagine dark figures or hear someone walking around. I even wake up twice within my dream sometimes. So I'll think im awake but still stuck in paralysis
Bro this just happened to me, had it 3 times I thought I woke up! Kept screaming for family to help me and a fake family member would come shake my sholder. Then another, and another till I finally just woke up! I still feel like im dreaming so I took a walk and socialized after and feel better but having it 3 times in a row is harsh!
During my sleep paralysis I see other bedrooms in different time eras and in different countries. And I don't even question it until I wake up suffocating and realize what's reality and what is not.
*Sleep paralysis is so creepy. This happened to me like 3 times before. Now it doesn't which is good obviously. Basically for me‚ it feels as if someone is on top of me and I can't move at all. My body would not move even a mm. It's so freaking scary. I try and talk but it feels like my mouth was moving but nothing was happening.*
Omg ikr when I tried to scream nothing came out just like a kinda whisper. Also it never lets me open my eyes and it’s like controlling me to stare while my eyes are closed. I hate it. I feel like someone is sitting on me sorta like holding me down. It’s hard to explain. Sometimes I have scary nightmares while this happens...not fun and sometimes I manage to wake up but I can’t move or do anything , I just stare at me wall breathing really loud. After a couple of seconds I’m back to normal then I just start crying. Seriously I hate it so much
It happens to me alot as I'm muslim I recite surah Falak....just Right after i start reciting in my heart that entity try to go away from me then I catch that entity in my sleep and beat him/her badly.
The first time I had sleep paralysis , what I did was pray and got me out of it, my recent one I pray and pray and it didn’t work , I’m actually use to it already so when it happens it’s w.e , and it’s crazy because I literally was making fun of it and w.e it was got more aggressive and started spinning me around....
I think your parents just pick you up and put you in your room if your like a kid or 8,9,10,11,12,13,14, years old, but it's different when you know your home alone it's one of those two. 1 you sleep walk but you don't know cuz you're obviously sleeping so you won't know if you're sleep walking or not. 2 there is someone you can't see living with you ya know what I mean right. 😈😈😈
It's the opposite for me, my parent's carried me from my bed to the couch and then I wake up,looking around and start panicking, but then again Im too tired to do anything, so I just go back to sleep. The thing is that my mom sleeps on the other couch to keep me company, since I was like idk 4 or 5 at the time.
I can't scream in my dreams 😅😅 .... my voice never comes out in dreams when I'm scared .... or sometimes i feel like im falling from height nd wake up in shock nd for 4 to 5 sec. I can't feel my feet on bed 😅😅😅 . Does these things happens with anyone else too Edit: thnx for 101 likes i never thought i could ever get this much likes 💐💐
@@sarahhajami Have you ever had a dream where you're being chased by a monster or something and you try to run away but for some reason you run like a snail or you just keep tripping and it is impossible to get back up because you keep tripping? One time I had a dream that I was taunting the monsters in my basement by walking down the stairs just a little bit and they would run up super fast and I would just slam the door in their faces. And then I kept doing it and then this one time I did it I tried running up the stairs as I did many times before that but for some reason I was super slow and kept tripping this time and luckily I JUST made it. 😂
@@crowsab5291 yes it happens to me most of the time ... and when i was 14 maybe i had a dream that someone is in the rooftop room and bouncing up and down i was so scared the i screamed and woke up all sweaty at 4 in the morning 😧 i can't forget that dream .
Nah, the worst part is when you scream and no sound comes out. One time I had a really bad sleep paralysis hallucination and I kept trying to call for help but I couldn’t.
this experience is interesting, I am 15 years old and yesterday I just had sleep paralysis. When I was having it, I noticed that I could move my hand fingers and my toe fingers, but it felt like there was someone watching me, I saw someone literally standing in front of me and watching me, it was a female that was stood in front of me and laughing at me. I also remember breathing really loud and heavily. I couldn't talk, it was also 1am and everyone was asleep, meaning I was just stuck in my bed for 20 seconds, it didn't last that long but yeah. Interesting experience since its my first time.
I suffer from sleep paralysis as well. I actually had an episode today while taking a nap with my girlfriend and the same things happen to me. My breathing becomes rapid and deep I start twitching my hand, feet, and head trying to wake up. I can see and look around but I can’t speak or yell. Sometimes I can make small noises but that’s rare. I feel for you bro and I hope yours gets better. My girl knows when I get stuck because I constantly shake my head trying to wake up and she knows to shake me to wake me up. Thank god she was there because it’s extremely scary and it feels like it’s gonna last forever.
Anthony Marfoe when mines started it lasted from 5 to 10 minutes....after that it escalated up to 15 to 20 minutes and they even started coming in the day time....I would hear sounds in the background.....they come to no matter what position I fall asleep in
I have sleep paralysis and learned how to snap out of it but I feel like it takes so much power to snap out of it it’s wired cuz I can shake my foot when it happens
When you wake up from sleep paralysis just get up. Wash your face with a running water. Don't go back to sleep fast, just wait for 5 minutes before going to sleep again so it will not happen again. I tried this many times because i have experience a lot sleep paralysis. It's effective. And don't forget, when you are experiencing this. Pray to God before sleep and during sleep paralysis.
Day 722 without a girlfriend the DEMON I see from sleep paralysis is kinda cute should I ask her out or will she say no Also u probably saw a demon from sleep paralysis
Does anyone here who has a funny dream and when we woke up we realized we just laughed? (My parents saw me laughed and asked me “why you laughing?” and i was so embarrassed XD)
Sean Farrell I know that it isn’t very comfortable but honestly the human body is supposed to sleep on their backs. Your heart and everything else can’t stay in it’s right place if you lay on your stomach for a whole 8 hour sleep. That’s why people die in their sleep.
Nam Balloon it’s sucks My first sleep paralysis I felt like i was being chocked I couldn’t breath and i woke up with marks on my neck . My mom didn’t care and said it was a dream
Intresting facts about sleep paralysis: 1. You can't move because your body is still in sleeping mode (your body still thinks your sleeping lmao) 2. you see or hear things because you're still dreaming but with your eyes open (cool but creepy right?) 3. Try sleeping on your side it will help prevent from having sleep paralysis 4. Don't be alarmed when it happens, it's just your body not fully awake I hope I helped! And heyy!! New subscriber here💕 Edit: I felt like I needed to be more specific
I used to have sleep paralysis loads but when I become a born again Christian it happened again and I called out Jesus help me and it stopped immediately and hasn't happened in years , demons are real but they fear one thing ✝️ Just wanted to get the word out
@@cookielad5603No but it could occur.. i woke up with it and it wasnt bad. You just cant move for like 45 seconds. You slowly wiggle out of it. Its just you muscles not ust to any movement.
@@joy-qp6wi Sleep paralysis is a weird condition.. many people who have it see a Demon. But yed you will see a Demon lieing on your chest. Why? No one knows.. its actually weird and disturbing. When it happens your basically just gonna see a giant something i nfront of you and its slowly going to fade away.. your body will be in shock and you wont even realize your paralyzed unless you try to move. But your body will be in a panick you wont want to move. The thing in front of you will disappear and everything will be normal. The best thing to do is if it happens go back to sleep. Close your eyes. The worst that can happen and stuff is your in your sleep and you hear a giant roar or something grabs you but idk.. you'll be fine. Its scary but not rlly.
There's no proof to say that, I suffer sleep paralysis, reaching upto 8 episodes a month, down to my medications I take, what I don't get is I've been having them for over 10 years, everytime I watched people claiming on youtube who have them they always say the seen a demon or something, in 10 years and over 8 episodes a month, I've never seen anything during my sleep state, no demon no being just the fear that comes with it off something being there, and everyone I know who also suffered from them claim they've never seen anything either, makes me thinks none of these youtubers have actually experienced one, especially when they say, after I just go back to sleep. Its bullshit the fear state is too high.
But sleep paralysis is kinda a bit more scarier.... i have gotten sleep paralysis before and i heard like the sound that he told and all i can see is like a tv screen that is broken and it hurt....
@@freddy_is_thetruth lemme explain you wake up you can't move and you see scary monsters or demons and it might be scary but just keep your eyes closed
its worse for me, me and my dad used to get night terrors/ sleep paralysis in our old house 4 years ago and after we moved its stopped. the night terrors/ sleep paralysis we would get was so bad that i could hear my dad screaming for help in his dream but he was only whispering so i would wake him up, he did the same thing with me. its so terrifying because when you have dreams like this you can barley move and all sound in your dream is so loud it sounds like a horrible buzzing noise or something. and when you try screaming or yelling for help you cant its only a slight whisper that comes out and it hurts at the same time and it is the worst experience ever. plus all that mixed with the things you see in your night terror/ sleep paralysis is horrible i can only describe it as hell or something. i used to have a repeating night terror/ sleep paralysis where my horrible dream would repeat over and over and you think you where awake and get help but the same entity is still after you and always gets you until you are awake.
Can someone tell me if i had sleep paralysis , so my friends have always told me about their sleep paralysis & ive just never had it but one morning on a Saturday i “woke” up and i could physically with my eyes, see my dad at the bottom of my bed picking up laundry, and i couldn’t move but i felt myself teling him “hey i have more clothes in my backpack” and he couldnt hear me , so then i realized i was literally screaming at him in distress while still not being able to move my body just my mouth and my eyes. I swear i saw him walk right out of my room like if he didnt hear me , i was still laying down , then all of a sudden with my eyes closed i felt a dog licking my face & i could feel the weight and paws on my chest but then when i opened my eyes and i was finally able to get up , i asked my dad why he ignored me when i was frantically screaming at him & he looked at me in confusion because he said i wasn’t even awake or talking. I wasn’t even moving , i was deep asleep so there was no way i could’ve known he had even walked into my room. Shit got creepy after because he realized that even when i was dead asleep with my eyes shut , i was able to tell him exactly what i saw him doing & sure enough he confirmed that whatever I remember him doing , he did.
Yeah you still had sleep paralysis. You were lucky that you didn't see a demon or felt something bad is watching you. But other than that you still experienced it.
I think that right there is sleep paralysis its happened to me many times its evil becuz imagine im 24 and i have been physically feeling this since i was at the age of 14

Those who have sleep paralysis I suggest you to pray every time you go to bed pray that GOD protects you and to liberate you from anything evil . That he sends his angels from heaven to guard and protect you . Try praying see if it will help and please let me know if it works 🙏 prayer works ❤️
I pray 24/7, scientific research stated that you have sleep paralysis, because your brain hasn’t had enough rest. It’s trying to tell your body to go back to sleep, but now that you are conscience at that state, you understand the difference of sleep and awake. People tend to hallucinate, because they either left their eyes open or because they are afraid. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR EYES CLOSED!!
Yooo that happened to me! My house used to be haunted for like a few months and a demon with red eyes was holding me down and I woke up sweating and with chills!
happens to me the most on my back as well. Strange in the beginning but after all these years, I can control it for the most part but still have creepy experiences
Most people will only experience this once or twice in this life. I remember my first experience I cried to mom like a little girl even though I was 15. That was 7 years ago, I’ve experienced it quite a few times since. Last night I had it as I was falling asleep. It usually takes me about 5 minutes to fall asleep. Last night my girlfriend told me it had only been a few minutes when i finally woke up from sleep paralysis. Which is crazy. I always sleep on my side in the same exact position every night and i woke up on my back somehow. I fell back asleep and I had it again as I was waking up the next day. It’s pretty scary. Most people think it’s just not being able to move, I’ve never seen anything around me during sleep paralysis, I’m pretty sure my eyes are closed unless it’s just an illusion. The only scary part is what you see and how your body and mind can’t control anything in a “dream” that is way more vivid than a normal dream. Basically picture someone who’s heart stops beating, dies, visits hell, then comes back to life. That’s actually how I’d relate it to everyone.
I don't get sleep paralysis. However, there was this period of time where almost everytime I went to bed, before I actually fell asleep I had a dream while conscious and I'd always trip or fall off of something and then jolt really hard out of my sleep. It was weord, but cool. Does anyone know what that is? Edit: The attention. I like. XD (♥´∀`)/ But yeah glad to know I'm not the only one who had a period of insanity.
I seriously had sleep paralysis.. And every time I have it.. I call to Jesus and start saying "blood of jesus" (though I can't speak during that phase but in my mind I say it) and immediately it leaves me..believe me guys.. This thing is true. God is good all the time.

I know this video is from 5 years ago but I've had sleep paralysis multiple times and each time wasn't as frustrating as it was TERRIFYING, I was awake but couldn't move, I tried like hell to move tho, I heard my kitchen chair's sliding across the floor, I heard 3 loud knocks on my front door, I heard demonic laughter and a cat meowing really loud next to my head but we didn't have a cat. Idk I prayed really hard that it would stop and I thank God I haven't had sleep paralysis in a few years 🙏
Lmao, this morning I had Sleep Paralysis for the first time ever. I saw my door was (weirdly) upside down and I couldn't move. My reaction to that in my head was literally 'Hmm. Ok.' and I'm so thankful that I didn't freak out because I don't want to hallucinate scary things.
The interesting fact is that I experienced sleep paralysis in my dream I've experienced it for 4 times in a dream ..and it was literally realistic that I couldn't feel my feet ..hands ..and hallucinations were realistic I got scared badly .. but one time I woke up and realized it was a dream..cz that day I was researching about sleep paralysis the whole day and that got into my head and appeared in my dream
Hey you guys! I had sleeping paralysis until I was 21 years old. I had experience of heavy pressure on top of me, someone shaking me, and movement around my closet. I also had talked to my cousin about this experience and that same night she had sleeping paralysis. She told me a guy with red eyes was in her doorway and was walking towards her bedside. Sleeping paralysis is a demonic. That's why it's able to spread. To the people that experience sleeping paralysis and have tried everything to stop it, next time you get sleeping paralysis say "Jesus Christ is Lord." This would make it go away or you could also say "any demon around me, leave in the name of Jesus Christ." You won't be able to physically say in with your mouth. Saying it in your head will be enough for God to hear. If you don't believe this is real, then you don't have anything to lose if you do it. I haven't had sleeping paralysis for almost a year now. God bless those who read this. :)
Omar Navarrete yeah I experienced sleep paralysis and I prayed in my head - The our father. It worked and it never happen again because before I fall asleep,I always prayed our father in my head.
Please, I understand you have your own ways of coping, but don't try and use this as an excuse to push your religion and pseudo science onto people. It's not demonic, it doesn't "spread", it's cause by certain parts of your brain exiting a sleep cycle before you've had a chance to fully wake up or for your muscles to start moving, resulting in a state of paralysis in which your dreams can sometimes spill into. If your faith helps you, that is all good, you do you, but again, don't use people's vulnerability as an excuse to evangelise to them, there is zero evidence that it's any sort of "demonic possession", don't spread misinformation.
@@jillianjohnes4441 Yes there where, they where clearly telling people that sleep paralysis is demonic and you need god to fix it. Hence taking advantage of a rather frightening disorder to try and convert people. Hence pushing their religion onto vulnerable people. Not to mention its certainly not likely to help that they're telling people that sleep paralysis is something genuinely trying to hurt you rather than assuring them that no it isn't, you think THAT'LL help people who wake up with this condition and are terrified out of their mind? Cmon... Like I said, they are free to use whatever coping mechanisms they have, but they shouldn't use it to spread misinformation and sell their religion that's all.
I’ve also only had two occasions of seeing something when I was in this state and I’ve had countless experiences with this. One I was watching a snake eat my alive and the other I floated off my bed in the middle of the room and heard a bunch of screaming in my ear. But the other scary feeling I get is, sometimes after I snap out of it, literally like a second after I can feel my body being sucked back into the paralyzed state and I have a extremely hard time moving and fighting it off because of a overwhelming tired feeling and I feel I have little strength in my body and I have actually got stuck back into it before after waking up which is the worst feeling ever. You feel like it’ll never end once your In that state and your consumed with fear.
Wow same thing happens to me, I’m 30 years old and been living with it since I was like 9-10. Last one was very bizarre but not so bad: I felt someone hugged me in my bed and heard a female voice, we had a conversation but she never said her name ):

*why does he sleep on his back??*
Sleeping on your back actually makes you more likely to have sleep paralysis.
He did this for the video.
And with socks on
to trigger sleep paralysis
Sleeping on your back can make you drool less
I experience that a lot usually when I'm stressed, worried or having problems. Good thing you monetized this video. It's going viral.
*Sleep paralysis is so creepy. This happened to me like 3 times before. Now it doesn't which is good obviously. Basically for me‚ it feels as if someone is on top of me and I can't move at all. Has anyone slept on the couch then you wake up to your bed somehow but you know you don't sleep walk (I sleep talk) ya ISNT THAT CREEPY
Lol, it happens to me alot
It's the opposite for me, my parent's carried me from my bed to the couch and then I wake up,looking around and start panicking, but then again Im too tired to do anything, so I just go back to sleep. The thing is that my mom sleeps on the other couch to keep me company, since I was like idk 4 or 5 at the time.

Intresting facts about sleep paralysis:
1. You can't move because your body is still in sleeping mode (your body still thinks your sleeping lmao)
2. you see or hear things because you're still dreaming but with your eyes open (cool but creepy right?)
3. Try sleeping on your side it will help prevent from having sleep paralysis
4. Don't be alarmed when it happens, it's just your body not fully awake

Its bullshit the fear state is too high.

its worse for me, me and my dad used to get night terrors/ sleep paralysis in our old house 4 years ago and after we moved its stopped. the night terrors/ sleep paralysis we would get was so bad that i could hear my dad screaming for help in his dream but he was only whispering so i would wake him up, he did the same thing with me. its so terrifying because when you have dreams like this you can barley move and all sound in your dream is so loud it sounds like a horrible buzzing noise or something. and when you try screaming or yelling for help you cant its only a slight whisper that comes out and it hurts at the same time and it is the worst experience ever. plus all that mixed with the things you see in your night terror/ sleep paralysis is horrible i can only describe it as hell or something. i used to have a repeating night terror/ sleep paralysis where my horrible dream would repeat over and over and you think you where awake and get help but the same entity is still after you and always gets you until you are awake.

I experienced it just 5 minutes ago and is usually 2 times a weeks hate it

Idk I prayed really hard that it would stop and I thank God I haven't had sleep paralysis in a few years 🙏
Don't sleep like a damn dead person if you don't wanna be one smh

Lmao, this morning I had Sleep Paralysis for the first time ever. I saw my door was (weirdly) upside down and I couldn't move. My reaction to that in my head was literally 'Hmm. Ok.' and I'm so thankful that I didn't freak out because I don't want to hallucinate scary things.
Lol ' Hmm. Ok' 😂

To the people that experience sleeping paralysis and have tried everything to stop it, next time you get sleeping paralysis say "Jesus Christ is Lord." This would make it go away or you could also say "any demon around me, leave in the name of Jesus Christ."
You won't be able to physically say in with your mouth.
Exe Lior they werent trying to push their religion but okay
@@matthewbibby8921 they were never trying to force anything on you but whatever
I’m watching a guy who is having sleep 🛏 💤 paralysis

Yasmine Elibn oof
